My favorites are the Shrimp Tempura Roll and the Crunchy California Roll, they are seriously SO good! The service is just as amazing as the food. Every single person on the staff is so kind, welcoming, and genuinely caring. You can tell they work incredibly hard, and they always make you feel like family. I said, where is my bill and he says if you don’t trust me, then I’ll print it out. He prints out my bill, but when I went to the register, it was a different amount. “We used Cozumel Brunswick for our daughter’s graduation party this past Sunday and everything was delicious!! We got the taco bar with half ground meat/half shredded chicken. Everything was ready on time and looked and tasted just as expected. A special shoutout for them also remedying an unexpected situation we ran into once the party started. We had placed all of the meats in crockpots to stay warm and when a guest lifted the lid on the shredded chicken the glass shattered everywhere into the food. Cozumel was contacted to place another order for more chicken and when we arrived to pick it up and pay for it they said it was no charge!!! Great customer service especially for something that was not even their fault, highly recommend!!!“

It is a small restaurant, and you had a large party in a small restaurant. There's only so much space and ways that you can safely put people in. But maybe you haven't worked in the service industry before and do not know that. After he calmly was apologizing to you again, you (or your daughter?) screamed in his face and berated him in front of the entire restaurant and he still held restraint.“

“One of the best places to eat Puerto Rican/ Caribbean food in the Cuyahoga valley, AKA Cleveland Metropolitan area though they mainly specialize on empanadas and some other fritters it's a very decent selection but not a complete restaurant as others, but still good.“
