Let me start by saying, not everyone can cook Snapper even the most seasoned chefs. That said! Over the years I’ve been to many restaurants from Florida to New York & to think I am just finding out that this restaurant not only serves Snapper, but can cook it to perfection. Leaves me in Awe.
