Great Urban Place! Good food alone with the great service they provide to they customers. Far as of all the places I go to. This place have the cheapest drink prices. Ever reason for me to repeatedly show up at The Master Plan
This bar is a good place to be. If you need somewhere to be and low key. Master Plan is a place for you. The staff is friendly and the food is good. We all need a good hole in the wall to make you feel comfortable and this is the place to be.

We went hungover fairly early in the morning, maybe 11:00. We are white dudes but aside from a few ‘why are you here!?!’ Looks from a few patrons All was friendly. I’m rarely in Cleveland but if I still drank and my hotel was nearby I’d go again for sure. Our barmaid was very very kind to us and also gorgeous, even in the (to us) early part of the day!!!
