Our server was excellent. I would recommend increasing the lighting at the tables, to read the menu we had to use our phone . The good was good but prices are a bit much .
First impressions mean a lot. The hostess at the door was very dry. Our server was average at best. We observed the manager go around and ask other tables how everything was going but never stopped by our table or even said hello. We were celebrating our Anniversary and were given a free dessert. The food was good so no complaints. I leave good comments when we have quality service. AC
While the ambiance was outstanding and the staff were friendly, on a very muggy and hot day it was extremely hot and unpleasant in the restaurant. It was my husbands' birthday we were celebrating and I was hoping to enjoy it fully by feeling comfortable and not over sweating, but alas. The best part of the meal was the bread and oil, the wine, the tableside Dover Sole that was exquisitely made and presented, and the mashed potatoes.
