“We went in to order a cake for our sons 2 year old birthday. It was train themed and unfortunately they didn’t have a train themed cake design in their Catalogue so we figured we’d go out on a limb and ask if they can do something custom and we’re told they can try. A little after our meeting we got a call from Diana, asked us a couple questions and we basically just said an idea and she took it from there and absolutely nailed it!
You can tell Diana cares about what she does and enjoys decorating cakes, and is really good at it too!
10/10 will be asking for her to do our other birthday and other celebrations cakes for sure!“

“I should have expected the store to be busy, seeing as though it was national cheeseburger day and all...and it was. However...the staff was amazing. They worked together, they weren't stressed out, they were pushing out orders...I was so impressed sitting there waiting for my food. When they finally called my name, I got my food and drove the 20 minutes home. my burger was DELICIOUS and fries were hot. This store did an absolute beautiful job executing this evenings busy rush. They definitely deserve kudos.“

Very dense bread, not much beef flavor and thats wierd considering what Arby's is known for. The gyro was decent tho, could have been a little meaty-er , but it tasted good. “Tyler just took my order an hour before close, I work nights so I’m usually that guy unfortunately,
But Tyler was super cool very attentive took my spacific order with patience and an over all happy go lucky guy and I wouldn’t be surprised if he turned this place around if it was bad before.

“This Wendy's went above and beyond for me today. I am a special education assistant and my student I work with has a lot of dietary restrictions. A gentleman by the name of DeAngelo did everything in his power to accommodate my student to help him be included and make the trip we took just that much better. In the special needs world, special needs tends to go unattended and unnoticed. Today, we were seen.

“I had to run to Target, basically across the street, since our cats were nearly out of food. I texted my family that I will probably be stopping by Panda Express on the way home and to let me know if they needed anything. Nope, all good they said. So I get the cat food, looked at some other stuff at Target, and made my way out of the store. I mean I paid for the cat food. I didn't just leave. And yes, this Review is about Panda Express. Anyway I went to the Panda Express drive through, which I usually don't do and ordered a plate. Nobody is behind me, thankfully, yes, that factors into the review. I get to the window when my Wife texts me that she wants some food. I'm ready to pay so I called her on the phone and she said she wanted an Orange Chicken. So when Jay came to the window to take my money I let her know that I needed another Orange Chicken while apologizing. She said it wasn't a problem and rang it up after I gave her the money. Now the Kung Pao chicken was delayed and there was still nobody behind me when she brough me my change. As she did this my Wife said my stepson wants a plate too, chow mein and Orange Chicken, so again, while apologizing to Jay, I let her know what I needed and she rang that up. I got the change for that and pulled around to the side to await my food. Jay brought it out and was just super friendly about the whole thing. Maybe this happens all the time, but I like having things a bit more organized. Anyway, the food here is always good. I haven't had anything that I really didn't like and we all have gone here multiple times and everyone is nice and friendly. I have noticed they seem to prioritize the drive through orders when we have gotten our food inside, but that's to be expected, operationally a lot of places do it that way. So five stars all around from me!“

“The owners are wonderful!!! We ordered box lunches for our softball team and coaches that was playing nearby at Padua HS. They made the ordering easy and had everything packed up nicely and on time! They allowed me to order just a few hours ahead for 20 box lunches!!!“

“Just moved to Parma. This might be the best Subway in NEO. The sub I just had was a Top 3 Subway Sub of all time. If you think all Subway tastes the same, you are wrong.

Savannah, the manager, was the one who handled my order. She was great. Give her a raise to keep her around. Here are the highlights:

- Portion sizes are great. Not skimped. A real sub.
- My sub is layered and stacked like art. Most subway sandwiches are all over the place. This was handcrafted.
- Fast service, in and out. Most sandwich artists can’t tell the lettuce from the tomatoes.
- Friendly. Welcoming. Inviting.
- Keep coupons on deck. Had an extra coupon for me to use on my sub meal. Making a return customer out of me.
- Try to get return customers. Succeeded.
