“I previously had a poor delivery experience, HOWEVER, Kelly and her crew were EXTREMELY accommodating to my dad and myself (brain damage and cannot entirely function properly) when we went there for a pickup order. Not only did I put in the wrong date for my order and they made it on the spot, but they allowed me to stay there for two hours when my battery died and Kelly and her crew put in every effort to try to get me assistance and accommodate my father and myself. Let me use the bathroom and exhausted every resource they had at their disposal, including contacting NRPD (unable to serve anything but tickets it seems) and their personal contacts in order to help me get back on the road and get home and save me 2+ hours of walking to fetch my jumper cables. I cannot express my appreciation enough for the quality of food and the compassion, patience, and help that Kelly and her crew provided to me. As a customer service worker and altruist myself I simply cannot express my gratitude enough nor the hope and faith in humanity that their services reassured me of which seems to be fleeting in this bleak world. Words simply cannot express how appreciative I am of them going FAR beyond their job description to help not only a customer but a motorist in need. Thank you so, so much Kelly. “Ordered online, was ready when I got there, food was good. I'm happy with it. I always stick to the roman burgers and wafer fries with cheese. It's one of those franchises that still tastes the same as when I was a kid. Prices are way too high to eat there often though, even with a discount it was still expensive, but can't blame them, that's everywhere now, but seriously look for coupons in the paper before going. The guy there was nice and friendly and this seams to be a clean location, didn't dine in but wouldn't hesitate to eat there. One negative is the Mr Hero App is awful, there should be an easier way to find your order. Next time I'll print the email I got so I don't have trouble finding the order number next time.“

The kid that mad my sandwich tonight did EXCELLENT. if I was rating his performance in a technical subway rules and procedures way he would have gotten like an 10/10. “6/10/22-Dining room is closed due to staffing shortage. Drive thru is open. We got a #3 meal, which is 3 pc fried chicken, fries, cookie, biscuit, large drink for only $8.99. It was a great value and the food was hot and tasted good. Went back on 6/14/22 and got a 2 PC meal and a bucket of chicken with some sides. Everything was great and the service is incredibly fast. The staff is super polite. GREAT JOB!“
“This Subway is much better than the two that are near me! The employees are nicer, they accept Subway coupons, and they have normal size bread. Where I live, they no longer accept any Subway coupons, the employees are ok, and they shrunk the width of the sandwiches and still charge the regular price.I only bought cookies at this location, but it was a great experience! The cookies were soft and delicious. I think this might be my new Subway!“

“It was very busy at drive thru with only two people working. It took 30 minutes to get through however the cashier was fantastic, friendly and did her best. The food came out perfect and I commend her and the cook for how well they did with only 2 people working.“
