“Had a great experience here yesterday. I was actually walking to Arby's competitor Taco Bell across the street, only to find out that they were closed and it was the middle of the day. So I stopped at this Arby's for lunch and it was a good compromise. Service was great, they got my order just right and I also talked with some of the Arby's employees about what happened at their competitor Taco Bell across the street. Besides me finding out from what Arby's customers told to the staff with what happened at the Taco Bell- not only was their wait times for food 25 minutes- I also found out from social media- that the entire Taco Bell staff quit at that location. The manager at this Arby's location, staff and myself, shared the same sentiment- that we were not surprised with what happened across Pearl, so I would definitely give this Arby's your business. They truly earned mine and that is why I am giving this location a great review.“

“The service at this place was really great. There was a young Indian gentleman who took my order and he was so polite. I’ve had many negative experiences with people taking orders over the phone and this kid was so nice that I thought to go out of my way to write a review. Shoutout that guy!! Also pizza was fire“

“I went to this location several weeks ago and ordered some of their double decker tacos- which is one of my favorite items on their menu. Not only did they get the order right the first time- which many locations seem to not get right- the tacos were full and made correctly. I would really give this location a chance because there are other Taco Bell locations that do not do it justice. When I ordered inside- this one got it right.“

“Been here several times since I moved to Parma Heights. Always good service and food. This morning there was a customer having an epic meltdown over this location not accepting coupons. The employee called the owner on the store's phone and let the customer speak to the owner. The customer would not calm down, but the employees handled it as gracefully as they could. Yes it would be nice if they honored the coupons but I still think this location does a good job.“

“I went to this McDonald's location today and had breakfast and it was really great. The food was hot and fresh to the table, so much that the Sausage McGriddle I ordered was so hot I almost burned my hand. Not really, but you know what I mean. I came around after 10:00 AM after the morning rush was over and the service was really good. Also, it was good to see new employees that know what they are doing, doing a really great job. I would recommend that if you come in for breakfast at this location, do so after the morning rush, around the 10:00 AM hour before the change over to the lunch/dinner menu.“

“My food needs a little extra TLC, because I need allergen contamination prevention procedures. I always try to go at a non-busy time so that normal business volume is not inconvenienced by me. The staff do a super job of making sure my food is as safe as physically possible in a shared environment. Mad props for caring about customer safety!“

“I've ordered from here numerous times and have not had major issues (other than my condiments being packaged with my fries 1x). I wanted to say that whomever is coming tonight didn't a great job. My customized supreme pizza looks & tastes amazing! I'm always greeted with a smile/ friendly faces.“
