“This is one of the better Arby's that I've been to. For example the one on Pearl Road in Parma heights, the food is either cold for the sandwiches are all smooshed. I would definitely come back to this one the next time I'm in the area“

“Just ordered a large cheese pizza with extra sauce. Pizza was cooked well and they actually remembered to cut it in squares which most papa John’s don’t. The manager is a really cool guy. He makes sure your order is right and you’ve got everything you need.“

“Been here several times since I moved to Parma Heights. Always good service and food. This morning there was a customer having an epic meltdown over this location not accepting coupons. The employee called the owner on the store's phone and let the customer speak to the owner. The customer would not calm down, but the employees handled it as gracefully as they could. Yes it would be nice if they honored the coupons but I still think this location does a good job.“
