“I've never had faster service with fresher food than at Canes. The people there were nice and the ordering was straightforward. This is a wonderful place to go after an event as they serve nearly instantly and never disappoint with what they give you.“

“I visited this location for a quick bite. I was greeted by Robin (11:41a) who took my order with patience, accuracy, and friendliness. My order came up quick. The gentleman who handed me my order was also friendly. The gentleman that opened the entrance door was also friendly. This location was immaculately clean, bathroom was clean. There's a conidiment station nicely and fully stocked; they even had an abundanceof wet wipes (bonus points). I've been to a lot of Chick Fil A's, and the Florida locations are by far the friendliest and the cleanest. Did someone teleport this Strongsville location from Florida? The only Chick Fil A that comes a little bit close to Florida's service is the Willoughby location. Strongsville Chick Fil A gets 10 stars. Keep up the great service. Please. Thank you.“

(There were two previous purchases from two other locations that couldn't get it right) Chocolate ice cream (the real stuff - not vanilla ice cream mixed with chocolate syrup) and actual chunks of brownie (not brownies obliterated by the mixer). “I don't eat out much but this is 1 of the few places I go to when I eat out. Service is usually great. The last few times my order has been messed up (wrong side or different mix ins for the concrete then what I ordered)
Tonight the service wasn't good, I don't know if the speaker system wasn't working right or the person on drive-thru was having a rough day but they made ordering hard we had to repeat our order multiple times & our order comes to us messed up, we tend to let it slide but I really wanted what I ordered, I tried to go in so it would be a fast fix but the lobby was closed, went back thru the dive-thru and manager on duty remade our order. I am very grateful that the manger fixed the mistake that was made and made the experience better for us to want to return vs before talking to the manager I was close to not wanting to return here ever again.“

“The cheese stake don't get it barely has any meat and meat on it and the meat on it was mostly fat. A big waste of money. Did the survey and seemed like a waste of time. I am sure the meat cheese and onions are in a bag and then microwaved and put on a bun. So I would stay way from it. Plus this a corporate store if was an independent store they would probably care more maybe.“

Chicken was crispy and seasoned perfectly, fries were fresh, and the biscuits were actually soft for once. Staff was respectful and kept the line moving even when it got busy.
