“Canes always has great food but this locations service was questionable. The young girl and guy preparing the food were goofing around and very loud with one another so much that it could be overheard standing 15ft away from the counter. She appeared to have no gloves on while she prepared the food. Food prep did not appear to be a priority. The dining area was so loud with music I had to put ear buds in to try and dim down the noise. I will not eat in this place again and that was the second time I ate at this location.“

“Friendly crew and hot & delicious food! Seems like there's always a decent movie playing on the TV which helps pass the time while you wait. I always order at the counter, though. I'm sure most order ahead online. Love the Nashville sauce! 🌶️“

“Excellent restaurant very pleasant staff great food. My sandwich was awesome. As usual I get the tuna sub and I eat half there and half the next day and it wasn't soggy overall, this is a great restaurant and to me it is a little pricey but I get two meals out of it ! And it's worth it for the quality“

“We go to this location fairly often to pick up sandwiches to take to Coe Lake for picnics in the summer. It's a good choice since we are always able to find something that we like and our pickier children will eat. The staff is always friendly and the service is prompt.“

“A employee was talking about how they only had three people scheduled on such a busy day and I agree they needed more staff but she should also not say that stuff out loud in front of guests and told someone to use the kiosk so not thats its employees fault but I rated low for service because they need to pay attention to things and keep proper staffing because all the hotels were sold out in the whole town and especially by this taco bell which if you pay enough attention you can tell at least somewhat when you will be busier cause today was a clear indication of it. Im patient and had no trouble waiting but many around me are upset and your employees get stressed from all the crap customers throw at them because you dont want to sufficiently staff. Hope your employees get some help but im sure you guys wont even care cause the care seems to be completely gone with fast food owners.“

“Five Guys STICKER SHOCK!!! 😱 $82.17 — NO DRINKS! ’Take-out for 5 people, $16.43/person! 4 cheeseburgers, 2 hotdogs, 4 fries.
This was our first time back in a couple years or so… When did Five Guys get sooo EXPENSIVE!?!?!
It stung when the guy said the total. I thought I heard wrong. Esp when we were expecting a quick, cheaper meal but we walked out feeling like we just paid for dining in.
It felt like it should’ve been cheaper because it was counter service, but inflation has sure shifted them into a different category!
We basically paid sit-down restaurant prices without:
* service
* atmosphere
* or even drinks/refills
For that kind of total, we could’ve gone somewhere casual, sat down, and probably spent about the same (or even less) and had a more relaxed experience.
Five Guys used to feel like a treat that was still reasonable… now it’s like a “special occasion burger,” which is kind of wild…because it wasn’t even that great. It was good but not $82.17 good. Sorry Five Guys, but you just lost customers.“
