I generally dislike eating out due to the fact I'm used to eating a clean diet and high quality food. the food here is always delicious, fresh and great quality. the customer service is always above par. very friendly, professional and upbeat staff working there tails off. and the restaurant is always clean Paula and Rachel were both working the front line this evening. they were very quick to get to each customer and very friendly.“

“There's never a line. There's never a way. The food is good. The service is great. Every time I go there everybody's smiling and happy. It takes about 45 seconds from when I order the food to when I start eating it. If you sit down in the restaurant, the fountain machine that has Coca-Cola is amazingly cold. It taste amazing. I really love all their dipping sauces that they have at the counter as well. When you eat inside the restaurant. They recently added a turkey sandwich for Thanksgiving. That is phenomenal. I can't recommend Arby's enough. They have the meats“

“I’m from out of the area, but was in Westlake today for other business. I stopped by this McDonald’s to grab a bite to eat and stretch my legs from the drive. The manager was the nicest man I’ve dealt with in a long time. He treated all of his customers like family. It was a really nice experience.“
