“If you have been in a Subway anywhere this location will remind you of the rest. Typically when I go in for a few sandwiches it is clean but not sparkling, service has always been fast unless they have been training someone and then they generally have asked if I mind or am in a hurry. Generally the staff has been very pleasant and on the rare (1 time in over 20 visits) error or issue with an online order, it was remade, I kept the original sandwich and they gave me a drink cup to fill while I waited.“
“I showed up here half hour before they were going to close and the woman was so nice and so kind to me. Didn't rush me. Was very helpful with suggestions. And made great conversation. I felt as if I was talking to a friend. Definitely the best subway in the area!“
“I stopped after work on Friday ( during Lent) to get the 2 for $6 fish sandwich. The drive thru line had 10+ cars in it so I went inside to order. There were 4 employees working and 6 customers waiting for their orders. For being short staffed the employees were smiling, friendly , upbeat,calm, and were working so hard get all the orders out as quickly as they could considering the circumstances. I just want to give a shout out to them for their professionalism and preseverence. The sandwhiches were good too. Great job. Thank you.“
“Clean, well managed store. It's as good as a McDonald's could be whenever I stop in for lunch taking service, speed, cleanliness and food. Don't usually charge for an extra sauce which is nice. Plus free food if you use the app. QP with cheese and fries were fresh and hot. Napkins and ketchup I'm the bag. And the free buffalo sauce. Also had a strawberry banana smoothie that's was good. “I seriously like this Taco Bell only. The North Olmsted one okay, so I order the 9 and I can not have cheese, this store actually listens to me. They removed the cheese and actually gave me soft tacos that ACTUALLY HAD FOOD INSIDE THEM!! N.OLMSTED gave me a butter knife equivalent worth of food in my tacos. Also my Mexican pizza doesn't taste like it was shoved in a closet for decades and tastes like what the inside of a closet might actually taste like. This Berea location is amazing, and I extremely appreciate them for their food. Also always is my food cooked and warm here.Vegetarian options: Remove the meat add refried beans and other beans and cheese. “My fish sandwich was semi raw ..fish chewy and grey not white..cashier never gave me receipt so I could complain. .and once in drive thru it's so tight you go over curb trying to leave..once in drive thru you can't leave or go around...fish sucks..for $5.50 go to McDonalds..it's 2/$6..and you get cheese...“
“My cousin and I went to swensons early this evening and my servicer was shekina. She was extremely efficient, sweet and very patient. Every question we had she answered without hesitation and with a smile on her face the entire time. The food was very hot, fresh and delivered fast. I don’t think I have had better service at swensons then I did tonight. We definitely will be coming back when she is working.“
“the store is mostly ran by those in high school. i doubt there's more than 2 people there over the age of 18. that said, these girls are working very hard and are treated very poorly by customers. they do a very great job here and i've not once been disappointed in my food. even seeing lines out the door, i'm waiting for max 8 minutes before someone takes my order. the chutzpah some of you older people and middle aged moms have to yell at these 15 year olds that your blizzard wasn't fast enough. they get it to you in like 2 minutes, relax pricks.“
