“Great gluten free bread! Big thank you to the employee making the sandwiches, sorry didn’t get your name. I appreciate you taking my allergy seriously and removing your gloves to wash your hands before putting on fresh gloves!

“Kiesha was working the drive-thru today around 12pm. As I waiting in line all I herd from the intercom was a booming upbeat thank you after every order. When I finally made it to the window she had great smile and make a quick joke (I gave a $1 instead of a $20 lol) w me and told my nephew hello in the backseat. THANL YOU KIESHA

“Although I have not eaten Chipotle in a very long time (I swore it off from bad experiences)- I gave it a try again Tonight. I had the pleasure of picking up my Chipotle order from Naomi (my apologies if I spelled your beautiful name wrong but it is pronounced “Nigh-oh-mee”) at the Ridge Park Square Chipotle n Brooklyn, Ohio. She was so kind and smiling bright- met her manager (Justin) also he was smiling and friendly too! I was simply amazed. Great to know some great people still love service and customers- Thank you Naomi- you are exceptional! Restored my faith in customer centric employees just like myself. Bravo! I will enjoy Chipotle again like I used to- because of this experience!“

“Took the hockey team for a quick lunch with a short turnaround between games. The out of town team came as well, it was hectic, line was long but the team members working couldn’t have handled it better!
They did a great job getting through the line quickly and efficiently. I definitely don’t think they were ready for the crowd we brought but the did a fantastic job 👏“
