“Samir Wallia and staff are always consistent with their food service. Each Mr Hero may be independently owned and operated, so sometimes you may not get the very best. However, at this Northfield Road Bedford location, I have not had a bad experience. Some of the new sandwiches, I may not like, but overall the food is consistent and tasty.“

“So I told y'all I went to thecrispychick_cle and I ordered the Mega Meal since it was our first time there that way me and babe can eat so I get the food and we pull off and start on our way then babe look in the food and sees that there are only four tenders well in the Mega Meal is supposed to be six tenders a french fry two sauces garlic bread and a drink so I busted you turn and went back and explain to the cashier that I ordered a mega and there were only four Tenders in there well she says I'm sorry about that let me let them know and so she says okay they're going to bring you to tenders up I said okay thank you when she comes up to the window she hands me a box and says im so sorry well I opened the box and here is five more Tenders in the Box... no arguments or nothing... no let me see your receipt it was just very pleasant they made a mistake and they corrected it right off of the drib and plus the food was good even for me with no teeth the Fry's (crinkle) has season on it so I didn't need ketchup salt and pepper the chicken was nice and hot out the grease but not greasy the honey mustard sauce was like no other honey mustard sauce that I have tasted the only regret that I have with this $12 purchase is not getting the lemonade Because by the way that chicken taste I know for sure that that lemonade was good as hell but here are the pictures and I did a video but I'm going to put the video on Tik Tok with a little editing and stuff and tag them in it so if you're ever by 55th and Woodland drop by they are really good and they are #blackowned“

“Our first time at Bubbakoo's - we chose the Broadview Heights locaiton - was stellar from start to finish. We weren't familiar with the menu at all and the person putting our bowls together was really helpful and even suggested pairings and offered to let us take as many sauces home on the side so we could try different ones and see which we liked best. Everyone on staff that day was kind and welcoming and gave us exactly what we asked for.

We went to the South Euclid location a couple weeks later because we wanted to try some different stuff and the experience was exactly the opposite. Very cold, not friendly, not very welcoming, a lot of sighing when we asked questions, and they wanted to upcharge for every sauce we wanted on the side.

We won't be back to the South Euclid location, but we'll definitely return to Broadview Heights so long as the vibe remains as good as it was on our first visit.“

“Pretty good Arby's. I think they might have been shorthanded because it took a little while for my food to be ready. But the food was good. Typical Arby's food. The bathroom was pretty decent as well. Glad the water actually got warm and they had paper towels instead of the air dryer. Plenty of parking available.

Parking: Decent amount of parking in the back.“

“I don’t even know where to start. This place is awesome! Let’s start at the food. The chicken was awesome. The chicken goes well with the Polynesian sauce which is their made sweet n’ sour sauce. There is a different sweet n’ sour sauce. I got waffle fries and they were good and hot. The milkshakes are really good and they actually try with making milkshakes. The workers are nice and always say ‘ my pleasure. ‘ They will take off the cherries on the milkshakes if you want to. The drive thru is very nice, usually not too busy the inside is always the busiest ( when I go. ) Everything was great, a little pricey, but it is not as bad as I thought it would be. All in all this place is a great place to go to.

Parking: There is a vip section for people that get it delivered to their car.

Kid-friendliness: Lots of kid choices, such as Fruit cups, Mac & cheese, and the chicken.“

“I visited the location recently because my wife and I were hungry. We had a water damage to her home and the repairs took all day to get done. We were hungry. We decided to try Rally's. Not only were the prices pretty decent. The food quality was great and a professionalism with spot on. I've worked in the food industry before and I know how hard a job can be. Thank you rallies for being able to tackle not only my meal but also keeping up with the long line that you had through your drive-thru. It's a tough job and you tackled it head-on and Concord. “I ordered a little bacon cheeseburger, regular fries and a large fountain drink. The burger was delicious, perfectly cooked with a good amount of crispy bacon and melty cheese. Bun was not soggy even after waiting 10 minutes before I had a chance to eat it. Fries were undercooked but still good, not super fresh but they still hit the spot. Restaurant was clean and staff was super friendly. I would for sure eat here again. The only cons I can see would be the price. My total was $19.53… 6 bucks for underdone, greasy, lukewarm fries would make me reconsider and the gentleman who took and handed me my order had really long fingernails which was off putting.“

“Hey guys, I have visited this location 2x. I don't do McDonald's unless it's breakfast and only because I drive for work & have layovers. Anyhow, I tried the breakfast wraps which weren't that good. Hash browns are the best. I also ordered coffee. My 1st vist was the big breakfast. I have to say that this is the best McDonald's I've been to in awhile! Always clean, even the restrooms! Customer service is good as well and I didn't have to wait long for my food. I will return again. Probably the ONLY one I will ever return to if I'm purchasing anything.“

“It is a good Arby's. Typical Arby's food, which is usually pretty good. Parking lot is a little tight, but should have room. The bathroom was clean, glad they gave paper towels, and the water out of the faucet was a good amount. I'd definitely eat here again. Staff was friendly too.

“Nice clean location. They get you in and out. They are always so nice to me, too! Stopped in on a Sunday afternoon before shopping and had some lunch. Their sandwiches are always hot and tasty. I love the pickles, too. Lemonade is delightful, too. Charleys is better than Subway to me. I tried the Cali chicken sub cause i usually got the teriyaki at the mall.! It was awesome. I had a nice person at the window, Sandy who scanned in my rewards & showed me how to use the app. I was very appreciative. My order was exactly right & it came out tasty. One particular staff member, a tall gentleman was very kind and asked how I liked the food, took the time to tell me my options when I was ordering, and offered to put my tray away when I was done eating.
