I was pleasantly surprised to pull up to Mr chicken and was greeted by a very bright voice asking”how can I make your day better” the voice was of a worker Brenda!!! She was amazing she handled my order and all the other drive thru orders with ease! I am always reluctant to come to this Mr chicken after bad experiences in the past but after experiencing Brenda and her wonderful customer service I will be visiting again, and also all my food was fresh

Although the drive through line was very long it moved pretty quickly. But make sure you check your food before you drive off from the window. I did not get my large portion of fries from the family meal. Despite that good tasting food.

Mr. Chicken is a restaurant that serves good food, with the cook bringing out orders with a smile and kind words. While the cashier may not be particularly friendly, the atmosphere is not entirely unpleasant. The food is decent, but not exceptional, and the restaurant may benefit from an improvement in customer service.
