“I was pleasantly surprised to pull up to Mr chicken and was greeted by a very bright voice asking”how can I make your day better” the voice was of a worker Brenda!!! She was amazing she handled my order and all the other drive thru orders with ease! I am always reluctant to come to this Mr chicken after bad experiences in the past but after experiencing Brenda and her wonderful customer service I will be visiting again, and also all my food was fresh“

“10/10 nice little spot with good food and nice people“

“This jawn fire. Locals spot away from the tourist trap of downtown.“

“I went twice here for dinner one on a Friday and one time for dinner the next day! while visiting Cleveland from Kent first time I went I got burger and tots second time was salmon dinner and for both times I got the server Jordan she did an amazing job and since I work at a restaurant myself it was neat talking and exchanging experiences of what’s it’s like working in the restaurants and I think when you meet other restaurant workers you can relate to one another. The food was great server did an outstanding job. The second time when the hostess’s was going to seat me I saw Jordan as they were going to seat me and requested her and she was like ya I can take you cause I rather have a server who I know does a good job at there job and who has a good personality and that’s what makes a restaurant and a great server I definitely recommend this restaurant!“

“Definitely my go to place when I’m in the area. Good always consistently good and packs amazing flavor!“

“Hostess was welcoming with her sweet smile. The server, Jennifer was great. She smiled too. The Manager/Chef came by to ask how everything was. He had a great smile, also. We love coming to this Bob Evans. We can count on receiving smiles, a nice welcome and Great food! Yum!“

“Mary provided Awesome customer service! It was very refreshing to have someone in the fast food service industry be so pleasant and friendly. I will definitely come back to this location for the great food and excellent service!!“

“I love the food. They have some of the best biscuits in the business, and of course we ordered 4 biscuits and only 1 comes in the box, smh. Of course the kids like the biscuits and they split the one biscuit. I guess it was my fault for not checking the box. At least the kids were happy.“

“I thought we would have to wait. Noticed car park wasn't full which was a plus guess people where tired from the holiday activities. We got a table quickly & our server Abigail very attentive & friendly & when i mentioned a health issue she got me some h2o which helped immensely. Good vibes everyone in good spirits ❤“

“The service was slower than molasses in winter in Alaska.“

“Yes, the food was delicious, however it's the remarkable customer service I am compelled to acknowledge. There was an unusual delay with our meal, and I greatly appreciate how our server and the managers handled it. I'll shorten their names and say Can, Andra, and Joe (can't shorten that...lol) were all wonderful. In a society in which customer service appears to have been thrown out the window, it was impressively refreshing to see it's still present at this Bob Evans. I understand mishaps happen. What caused your service to stand out was the way you chose to respond, particularly our server, Can. She's young and remained confidently calm and courteous while staying on top of the matter. You all did well, and my father and I greatly appreciate it. Thank you!“
