“The food was good, as it generally is; however, the cashier was cold. She wasn't rude, but nor was she pleasant. Customer service for me, goes a long way. If it weren't for the cook who brought my order out, with a smile and saying, "thank you, enjoy & come again", I wouldn't patronize that location, but because of his kindness, I will.“

“Flannery's is a go-to for dinner before Guardians games or other downtown events. The aesthetic in the restaurant is great with a very consistent look that I enjoy. The waitstaff is always friendly and caring. The food is very good with fun Irish-American classics.“

“The owners of Union House have done an amazing job of updating the bar and restaurant while still maintaining the working man charm of the original. I wish I’d taken pics of the food, it was delicious. The burger (sourced from Whiteys in Richfield)is a generous half pound and cooked to perfection. Fun appetizers like the Tater Kegs (tots stuffed with buffalo chicken) and the Parma Wings, (mini pierogi tossed in your choice of several different wing sauces) are a fun shareable. The Wednesday/Friday fish fry is available year round and is delicious. Served with a side of fries and coleslaw it really hit the spot. For the more health conscious you can get a beautiful veggie plate or choose from a myriad of salads and grilled chicken.“

“We were traveling from Cleveland home but were all hungry even before leaving Cleveland. We didn't want to stop anywhere in the direct city for food because you had to pay for parking basically everywhere and every place we did stop someone was walking around person to person begging or even demanding money. So I searched sit down burger restaurants that were on our route home but just outside of city and this place came up. It was perfect! Not far from the aquarium in Cleveland, free parking, right off the highway and it felt very comfortable for myself and family. The food was delicious and they made it to serve. I definitely recommend this place.“

He notified me that they were out of special sauce (which is totally fine) and felt so bad he gave me extra chicken! I didn’t realized until I got home. He was extremely kind and efficient, not to mention the fact that the food is delicious! Thank you to whoever that guy was!“

Thanks to Jeremiah and his kitchen staff at the Game Changer! Loved loved the veggie menu!! That was on point! My husband is loving the look of the cigar bar. They have different events there, last night was a hand dance class. I also heard they have line dance classes too. Can't wait for jazz night?. “Listen…..just to give context, I ordered my wings, Mac and cheese, and greens/cabbage FRIDAY and I still remembered to leave a review today. THE BEST WING SPOT in the Cleveland area HANDS DOWN. I am a wing connoisseur at this point; I’ve tried it ALL. This is my third time having Eleven3’s and THEY DON’T MISS. The sauces are spectacular and full of flavor, the chicken wing is NORMAL SIZED and perfectly cooked. The Mac and cheese is excellent and the greens have the perfect spices. If I wasn’t being mindful of my weight, I’d order this everyday.Shoutout to Jordan, John, and Draya for recommending me.Parking: Parking was EASY.“

“The workers were oddly, strict ... maybe not the right way to phrase it, but I was one of 3 people in line and they told me they were too busy to cut a sandwich in half for my daughters. Then stood around talking with each other. I used their knife after they walked away. Good food otherwise.“
