Food and service were good. Both guys working were very friendly. Frozen raspberry lemonade was delicious!!!

Based on the reviews, Potbelly is a favorite sandwich spot with consistently good, fresh food that is always prepared with care. The bread is always fresh and perfectly toasty, and the food is served warm. The Italian on white, skinny, works, no onions is perfect every time. The workers did not help during a first visit, and service was served cold on another occasion, leaving a bad taste. However, the team at another location makes the difference with friendly energy, attention to detail, and great service. A manager named Julian was super helpful and understanding when an order was misplaced. The place is a hidden gem and by far the best restaurant in Cleveland. It is surprisingly efficient during the rush, managing carry-out orders and the line quickly without compromising on quality. Everyone working is friendly enough, and it is always a fun mix of folks eating-in.
