Great food, fair prices, but LOUSY SERVICE! We put our order on the computer, confirmed it, paid, and went to our table. A half hour later, they asked if we were waiting for our order. They claimed it wasn't in their system despite the fact I confirmed it, they took my money and even texted me confirming everything. Didn't apologize, offer a discount, or anything. The manager didn't even come to our table, despite my request.
Perfect! It hit the spot for both me and my dad! He was a little confused having to use the kiosk to order, though! (He's 80!) I was in hotel resting due to some tests I had done.

The food is soooo good, every time. Staff was a little scattered but the food is so good, I don't mind that part haha Food was out in a timely manner. The bathrooms had code locks on them, which was a little annoying but understandable due to the amount of belligerent activity that occurs on this strip. Had the shack burger and the cookies n cream milkshake, was a great meal
