I’m sorry to say that the bread at Herb n’ Twine, while not *bad*, was not at all my style: it was dense and sweet and tasted very much like an overgrown biscuit. It’s a pity they don’t offer a classic, chewy Italian loaf, since otherwise the menu is diverse, all of the ingredients are fresh, and the sandwich flavor combinations are, by and large, well thought out (although the vegan sandwich was in desperate need of a protein to balance out the slab of sweet potato stuffed inside the equally sweet bread). The space is nothing to write home about, and there’s no place to sit and eat since the restaurant is take out only, but at least the staff were pleasant.“

“If you've had La Bodega in treemont, this is better in my opinion. I got the Kojak on ciabatta bread and its served hot. I can't wait to try all their sandwiches I'd recommend to anybody! Also try the chocolate and raspberry cake!!!“

“Earlier this week I went in the store in person to come across some lil Ol lady asking me if I'm ready to order five times not even giving me a chance to browse the menu. The lady was a lil rude and had no mask on. So I left but the RomanBurger stayed on my mind. Never had one & was curious. The next day curiosity killed the cat and I just had to get my hands on one of these Romanburgers. So I ordered through Door Dash. I'm not from Cleveland so I wanted to see what the fuss was about with these Mr. Hero's sandwiches. 1st time I got a 10 inch RomanBurger with Potato Crisp and Nacho Cheese. Divine! I get it, it's a Cleveland thing and all the flavors just go perfect together. I am officially a RomanBurger fan! (Pic 1) I waited a day and then the day after that I was craving a RomanBurger again. I decided to go for a 7 inch RomanBurger BTE with Tater Tots and Cheese sauce. I requested the DoorDash app to add extra lettuce and tomato on my sandwich for there to be none when my order came. I ended up adding my own lettuce and tomatoes from home. & Since I got it from DoorDash I just reported it and they gave me a $4.50 credit for the mishap. (Pic 2) Now the next day I was craving Mr. Hero's again but decided to go for something light I ordered a 7 inch Chicken Cheesesteak with extra chicken, mushrooms, peppers and a mini cheese burger (cause I was still craving that damn burger) and some waffle fries with cheese sauce. This time when I got my order from DoorDash I think they upsized my sandwich to a 10 inch and my cheese sauce was missing. But all in all the food was divine!!! I reported it and DoorDash gave me a $1.50 credit for my cheese sauce! (Pic 3) All in all the food is decent. But don't expect this location to be precise with your order if your ordering from this location! I'm a fan of the brand. Not so much this location.“
“I've ordered from here on two separate occasions, the first was the 3 piece mixed Krispy chicken meal w/ Mac n' Cheese. The second was the Cuban sub w/ fries. I didn't get a pic of the Krispy Chicken meal, but I did get a pic of the Cuban sub. The chicken was absolutely delicious. Crispy outside, juicy and tender inside. The Mac n' Cheese was nice and creamy. The honey biscuit was light and fluffy with a nice drizzle of honey. As for the Cuban sub. I'm a Tampa, FL native, I'm also Cuban American. So I consider myself an expert on Cuban cuisine. I'm also a bit of a snob when it comes to Cuban sandwiches. Having said that, I will say even though it's not like the ones we have back home, this one wasn't too bad. The ingredients tasted fresh. For a "Cleveland Cuban" it was good. My only suggestion is if you can get Cuban bread shipped to you, switch out the bread. Overall, I appreciate the service. My orders were correct. The food was delicious. I will definitely order from here again.“
