First let me say that I love Potbellys salads. My mistake is that I say I wont return to this location but I do because it is close to work. The first issue occurred when I ordered the powerhouse salad and got chickpeas instead of hummus. Then I was given the wrong dressing. As I am sitting on my lunch break in Oregon where I have moved back home, I'm just thinking about how much I miss this location in Cleveland! They are so friendly here (which is saying something since most places you go in the land will give you pretty mediocre customer service). I utilized the app mostly to order ahead and they still took the time to greet me, knew me as a regular and again, were the upmost friendly people. One of the things I miss most about Cleveland.
