Any non-downtown location is your best bet. Cleveland has no parking, terrible atmosphere and the service took forever. This would normally be understandable or acceptable if the food was worth it, but then I got my sandwich and it was falling out of the wrapper and leaking everywhere. I now go to the Rockside Rd. location which is about 3 times better and has people who actually know how to make food.Parking: Don't bother trying to find parking.

I ordered online for a pick up of 1215. It was ready by 1218 which is a win for me as they were busy. The food tasted great and was worth the value. I will go back again for sure.Dietary restrictions: When ordering online, there is an option for them to scoop out the inside of your bread to make it thin. This is an amazing feature.

Never again will I order from this store. Placed an order for pickup in the app got there at 1:45 my pickup time, was the only person then picking up a order. They had some catering order they were making that they had took a call on and come to find out they should of never took it the same day. Just leaving at 2:30. No pop, cookie, chips, salad anything offered
the staff here is always really friendly and quick. the food is like meh, but that's just how most sandwhich places go. i would still recommend this place for a quick bite!

The slowest sandwich shop in the world. A lot of people work here but few actually work. If you come prepare to wait not because there is a line because the least trained slowest employee will be the one making the sandwiches while the rest stand around and chit chat.

There was nothing special about the place. I had never eaten there before and didn't fully understand the ordering process or the menu options. The staff seemed to know less than I did. I had to keep explaining my desire to add the chips and drink combo and the lady working the register just wasn't getting it. It satisfied our need to put something in our belly before the orchestra, but not much else.

We all come here for lunch pretty often. The food there is normally never disappointing for a sub shop. I've honestly only tried a few of their sandwiches but my favorite is the wreck. Eventually I'm going to try different things like they have macaroni and cheese and soups. The service is usually pretty nice there's usually one girl who works the condiment section who is always extremely happy and fun to see and other times it's just someone going through the motions. All in all a great place and plenty of places to sit. Highly recommend it.As I end all my reviews and does not affect the ratingNo military discount

My husband ordered a sandwich to go. He ordered a bacon, lettuce, tomato and avocado sandwich with a little mayo. He didn't realize he needed to explicitly tell them he wanted lettuce, tomato and avocado on the sandwich. So when he got back to the hotel he found he had a bacon sandwich with a little mayo. If you go to this location pay attention and make sure they fully understand your order!!
