Your store reputation is only as good as your worst performing employee at any position. Employee performance is reflective of management. Absolutely terrible. The people working here are mind numbingly stupid. Do you want to wait 25 minutes for the most average sandwich you've ever had? Then you should go here. If you go to this Panera be ready to have your day ruined. Quite possibly the worst Panera ever run. The place looks terrible as well. The stair case leading upstairs feels and looks like it's about to fall apart and the place they actually are baking and cooking looks barely passable to have food served...read full review
