Service was okay - not unfriendly but not overly helpful. Coffee was great! Croissants with pistachio butter were THE BEST, would go back for this again and again. Other food was very small portions for the price.“

They didn't really taste like lemon at all, and I couldn't eat it. We took our order to go or I would have said something. I would go back for the coffee and atmosphere.“

They have a unique menu of tasty food, along with a great selection of drinks and cocktails. “We randomly decided to stop here on our walk! The atmosphere was wonderful and the barista was so friendly. We got an iced americano with a splash of cream and vanilla flavor. It was wonderful! We just stopped in but I would highly recommend for studying or reading and I’d love to come back and try their lattes or teas:). The prices are also great and not crazy high!“

“We stopped in for lunch and it exceeded our expectations! We ordered a ham sandwich on focaccia bread with potato, broccoli and cheddar soup, and the Claudio sandwich with white bread. It was all spectacular! The story of how the shop started was also sweet to read inside the restaurant. We will definitely stop here again next time we are in the area.“

“Picture it Sicily 1936 lol....Nah seriously let me tell you about my favorite hideout. The sunny spot @ finn cafe is the place to be. There is a wraparound bar that has enough seating everyone. TVs are everywhere. You would never know it but there is a Cigar lounge tucked off behind some closed doors. It is beautiful. The atmosphere is friendly and kind of like that old TV show Cheers....sometimes you want to go where everybody knows your name and glad you came. A mixed crowd of friendly people.of all ages. Now let's talk about food. Blessed Foods run the kitchen. ANNNNDDDD baby I cannot unbig my back because of Easter & Doonty. Now let's get to the service! Yall got to be entertained and greeted by the bartender Kelly. Oh she is an experience you will never forget. You can't help but love her. Music is flowing and it's a party. Different nights have different specials and activities. You may not come for a long time but it damn sure is a good time.“

“Such a great coffee shop! The Cafe de Olla is amazing, and the empanadas and guava rolls were equally as impressive! To top it off, the owner is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. I mentioned that I had kids, and she took the time out of her day to show me around the building and told me all about the art museum’s exhibits (the cafe currently shares a space with the Cleveland Art Museum’s Community Arts Center) that she thought my kids might enjoy. I can’t wait to see all of the additional offerings when the new location opens!“

“The price was different than what’s posted online so that needs to be updated but what I got was a quality cup of oatmeal To-go. The fruit was fresh and she made the oatmeal consistency perfectly, added milk with no extra charge so to me it was worth $10 with all of that fruit. I’m here for a short work trip and I’m not finding quality in this part of downtown so it’s likely that I will be back here again. I also had a cortado earlier and it was perfection. On top of that the service was nice, they were friendly and kind, just what you need when you’re away from home.On another occasion I got breakfast and it was beautiful and cooked perfectly. I love this place and the two ladies who run it, they’ve grown warmer and more personable the more I frequent their cafe, I love their hospitality and I’m grateful for it.“

Restroom room is a 7 out of 10. Chose their pasta, meat Stromboli, spinach & sausage Stromboli, eggplant, red tortellini pasta & of course their cannoli, lady locks - the young man who help was sweet & kind, warmed up everything. “They are located at the very back of the Utilities building. You have to enter thru the front of the utilities building and walk to the back. It’s very cute and comfy. We walked here on our way to the Rock\\u0026Roll Hall of Fame. I had the wheat French Toast, eggs and pork sausage.“
