They are located at the very back of the Utilities building. You have to enter thru the front of the utilities building and walk to the back.It’s very cute and comfy. We walked here on our way to the Rock&Roll Hall of Fame. I had the wheat French Toast, eggs and pork sausage.
Quick Tip: Use the Water Department Employee Entrance on the side of the building, let the security guard know you are going to the cafeteria, and walk down the hall to your left. Do not use the Customer Entrance at the front of the building, as it does not connect to the cafeteria. I was passing through town, looking for a break from fast food breakfast.
