“My friend & I went here for the first time today. It was such an amazing experience! There were 3 girls working behind the counter & they were all so nice & caring. “You can't go wrong with this bakery! We needed a cake that same day, and since I had been meaning to try Great Scott's Bakery before, I took the opportunity to call him and see if there was any chance that he had a chocolate and peanut butter cake on hand. He then said that he would be able to make us one from scratch, and in the time frame that we needed it, which was in a few hours! Perfect. We gave him the name for the top of the cake and left it at that. Scott got it done in record time. Went to pick it up and it was beautiful. He had gone above and beyond to make a stunning, one of a kind cake that, might I add, tasted fabulous! Could not have asked for anything more and the birthday boy was so happy with his cake! That was the best chocolate peanut butter cake we've ever had. Soft peanut butter frosting, rich chocolate ganache, and moist chocolate cake, fully decorated, in short notice, on a Saturday! I can't recommend Great Scott's bakery enough and we'll be back for every special occasion cake, and all their other yummy goodies! The cassata cakes look amazing“

“I work downtown (Berea) so we appreciate these gems with great hours, food/drinks, and consistency. They prepare our orders for pickup so quickly, and it's always delicious. Highly recommended.“

“Leah was a lovely server! My food was served quickly and the conversations that were struck up in the short amount of time that I was there were very engaging! A wonderful playlist was flowing throughout the store; very age appropriate for anyone!

Vegetarian options: Since you are able to customize everything, you don’t have to worry about unwanted animal products!

Dietary restrictions: This place is EXTREMELY healthy, which is what caught my eye. The unsweetened oatmeal that my sister ordered made me realize this place can accommodate to anyone’s dietary restrictions!

Kid-friendliness: the music, small bowls and customizable options make it easy for kids to enjoy!

Wheelchair accessibility: Despite the doors being slightly heavy, I feel anyone can let themselves in.“

“I love this the coffee shop. Every time I drive past Dunkin’ Donuts I shake my head because this coffee shop is so much better. I don’t use sugar in my coffee so it doesn’t bother me they don’t serve it. And I only get the cappuccino and it’s perfect every time and it’s not expensive it’s the same price any where else. Plus I love supporting local small businesses in my neighborhood.“

“I work nearby and sometimes I like to take coffee breaks at Troubadour. I prefer small high quality places for my breaks which, in my opinion, offer a very different experience than chain coffee shops like Starbucks or DD. I consistently get high quality espresso drinks at Troubadour (Cortado is my standard). Atmosphere is great for a quick read or computer work. They have an outdoor patio that I tried in the summer and it was fabulous (of course the great weather that day helped 😅). I honestly recommend this place very highly for coffee lovers who have an interest in trying different espresso drinks at small specialty places.“

“Abbey and Veronica are wonderful people. On my daily patrol at Cleveland Hopkins International AirPort , I stop in to grab a coffee and to talk with them. Not only are they professional, but awesome as well. My go to is a Mocha with oat milk and an extra shot of expresso. They do it just right. Stop in if you are flying in, or flying out and meet these wonderful ladies, and have one of their many delicious selections of specialty drinks!“

“Thank you for having GLUTEN FREE options!! I was amazed that I was able to eat a cheeseburger somewhere like this! The burger was actually very very good! I really enjoyed it. It was expensive for just the burger and Icee drink around $17. No fries included. I really wish the prices were cheaper but nothing we can do about it! Absolutely so happy to have a gluten free experience at the zoo!“
