“Went here today after my sons and I visited cleveland clinic and this place is a godsend. They feed you, send you home with food have coffee made for you its like a restaurant in god's office. Absolutely a blessing. I will be coming back and I want to support this organization to keep growing. We left there today with warm food, hearts, and love. Jojo is a blessing to this place and is a straight up humanitarian. They dont treat you like a bother or make you feel embarrassed its like a Cafe where everyone goes to hang out and collect blessing. “I live here in beautiful Medina. Cool Beans is a staple for me. They satisfy all my cravings. The food is delicious. But the beverages are beyond. So many combinations, options, flavors. The possibilities are abundant! They do seasonal flavors an foods. I recently got on a matcha obsession && wow Elise at cool beans is my go to girl for my matcha. Im a sweet tooth girl so I loaded up my cup - pumpkin spice, marshmellow, brown sugar && some cold foam.. now Elise remembered my order legit after seeing me 2 times && even customized my drink && it was 💯 better than I had had it previously made by anyone else. Such a beautiful welcoming soul makes me smile everytime I see her && get my matcha desires filled. I love to go to cool beans to get work done, take friends from out of town to go an hang out in the square an get a delicious beverage ☕ , or even take a class! They offer baking classes an much more! Coffee && soup flights are top tier here. So many delicious options its a must visit in medina!“

“Found this place on a whim and placed a custom order ahead for cupcakes and cake pops. They turned out beautiful and tasted even better! The premium cupcake fill is definitely worth it and very reasonably priced imo. I ended up also getting a premade cupcake to use as a smash cake and it was perfect, but the pricing for a custom smash cake is also very reasonable. I would 10/10 recommend and would order from here again. The gentleman at the counter for pick up was also very friendly and everything at the counter looked delicious!“

“Every time I do go there, something is wrong with the order. Today I got a half sandwich and a half salad. My bread was half the size of my turkey. Disappointing. Tasted good. Employees seemed lost. Not sure if they were in training. Or not. Come on panera bring back the sandwiches and menue choices that made you who you are.“

“I’d been drooling over GSB’s pastries on Facebook for months like a sugar-starved stalker, and I finally found myself in the area—hallelujah. The second I walked in, I was hit with a wave of sugary air and a warm hello that felt like a hug from a cinnamon bun. There were so many treats I wanted to adopt, but the second I saw the giant, chocolate-covered cream puff, it basically yelled, “Take me to your husband!” Mission accepted. I brought it home and casually told my husband, “Hey, I picked up a little pastry for you.” Hours later, he opened the bag and said—verbatim—“Holy #%?!”. This thing was an absolute unit. At least six inches tall, overflowing with fresh whipped cream like it was showing off. We both took a bite and just stared at each other like we’d seen pastry heaven. It was rich, cloud-like, and somehow not overly sweet. My husband, a self-proclaimed cream puff connoisseur, declared it the best he’s ever had. And trust me, the man has puff experience. Only one thought: throw in a middle pastry layer, Big Mac-style. Not because it needs it, but because my jaw would appreciate the break from climbing Mt. Cream Puff.“

They also have a gluten free selection and tried to get a gf cinnamon roll but they were out. Today I went and got the last one. My gf gf said it was amazing, I'll be going back to buy more gf cinnamon rolls.“

“The service was fast and friendly on this visit. Quite a nice departure from other locations forcing the iPad ordering. I was greeted promptly, my order taken quickly and accurately, and I even allowed an upsell. It was quite quiet even with a steady stream of customers flowing through because they were efficient.“
