Panera located on PeRl Road in north Medina. The building is a standard Panera with bread counter, food counter, coffee table and beverage table. This location has a drive up window. Be careful pulling out as the window is next to a short, steep drive that leads to a busy lot road. Staff have been uniformly pleasant and helpful. The food is good take away food. It was not busy at all yesterday when we stopped for lunch. So many of the staff were standing around talking. I kid you not the dinning area was horrible! Not one clean table to sit at, we had wipe our own table in order to sit at it, another table had dirty dishes on it from someone who just left it without throwing there owne dishes in the trash. I love panera. I think Morgan in medina took my order once, and she had made my day, just by being so kind. I love that the medina one has kiosks to put your order in. I can't wait for Wadsworth to do that. Sometimes, I just dont feel like socializing or waiting, so this made it very convenient to get in and out.
