Every time I do go there, something is wrong with the order. Today I got a half sandwich and a half salad. My bread was half the size of my turkey. Disappointing. Tasted good. Employees seemed lost. Not sure if they were in training. Or not. Come on panera bring back the sandwiches and menue choices that made you who you are.
Amazing food. I love Panera Bread!
Enjoyed a nice lunch with my granddaughter on a Wednesday afternoon with no waiting to order from a friendly helpful staff member. She had a chicken rice bowl with a baguette which is her favorite and I had Mac and cheese also with bread and we both had soft drinks at a clean cozy booth with refreshing air conditioning on a hot day. This is our favorite go to place where you can enjoy your food and have a quiet conversation. We will be back.

Located on PeRl Road in north Medina, Panera Bread offers good take-away food with a standard layout featuring a bread counter, food counter, coffee table, and beverage table. The staff is uniformly pleasant and helpful, and the food is reasonably priced. Favorites include the delicious chicken salad sandwich, broccoli cheddar soup, autumn squash soup, and the bacon tomato but sandwich. The drive-up window is convenient, but be cautious when pulling out due to a busy lot road. The eating area was rather cool. Overall, Panera Bread provides a good experience, with highlights like divine soup and exceptional customer service. It is a typical Panera with a nice Veterans Day observance.
