I had such a good meal here. I didn’t get a chance to get all of the photos I wanted because I was so busy enjoying the food. I will have to come back when I return to Cleveland again. So much more to try but the Pho was some of the best I’ve ever had. 10/10
Sharing this review solely based on the customer service I received. I brought my dad in with me to pick up an order and the team here was very courteous. Although it was a carry out order, they allowed us to sit down and wait while my husband got the car. They made sure we were comfortable and asked if we needed anything. Great food but they charge a “convenience” fee. After asking the staff for clarifications, the fee is the tip. The fee was close to 18%. It’s very confusing. This hurts the workers more than anything.
