“Best Pho in the area… not even close. If someone tells you different it’s most likely because they haven’t been here yet. It may be a bit more intimidating for some to come here because it’s more of a locals spot compared to other pho spots in the city.
Parking: Easy park in the two lots for the center.“

“A friend recommended it, and it didn’t disappoint. We tried the Meal 10 and different phos for each. The Vietnamese sandwich was good and generous portion. The coconut juice was absolutely delicious. Priced right for the meals. Will go back.“

“Pho Thang Café in downtown Cleveland, right next to the Hampton Inn, is a fantastic little Vietnamese restaurant that I highly recommend for travellers staying at the Hampton or nearby hotels. It's a family-run, independent place that offers takeout just a couple of minutes' walk from the hotel.
I had the chicken and vegetable stir-fry noodles with a spring roll as part of a meal deal. The food was delicious, with generous portions, and it was served quickly. I also grabbed a couple of bottles of Heineken for takeout at $4 each—much cheaper than the hotel bar, which charged $8 a bottle.
I went in the early evening, and the restaurant had a steady flow of diners and takeout orders. It’s clearly a popular spot in Cleveland, and I can see why. I’d definitely go back next time I’m in town.“

“Delicious food, the waitress wouldn't let my glass of water empty halfway, and while most restaurants give enough food to feed a horse, Pnom Penh gives enough to feed a human.“

“Yummy! A little pricey but the pho was good - specifically, the meat tasted really fresh. The garnishes come already inside the broth, which sometimes makes them soggy. Otherwise, very delicious! The interior of the restaurant is spacious and clean.
Dietary restrictions: They were able to cater to my nut allergy.“
