The place was very inviting and comfortable. The staff were attentive and food was fantastic.Vegetarian options: Nearly every plate has vegetarian options.Parking: There is a main parking lot behind the restaurant that is $1 per hour. I was only there for about 45 mins so I ended up not even having to pay for parking.
We ordered dinner, and it was exactly as the menu described it. The food was excellently prepared, and when we went to pick up our order, the staff was very friendly. I wish I lived closer to this restaurant so that I could try more of the different things on the menu!

I've been dying to try Phnom Penh after someone told me that their absolute favorite restaurant in Cleveland was this. I have to say I was not disappointed at all! The menu is massive and definitely felt a little overwhelmed with what to order but the owner was very helpful in pointing us to dishes that he was sure we would like.
