“Best of the best! Live in Youngstown but everytime we travel for work, it is a guaranteed stop for our team. The staff is great and the food is beyond consistent if that makes any sense. The bread is unique but familiar. Have a hard time not getting the turkey so I’ll usually snag a sandwich for when I get home. “The food here is so good and so reasonable! My son had the lamb Gyro and he could not stop raving about it! The rest of our party had breakfast sandwiches and they made them fresh right in front of you and I specifically said I only wanted bacon if it could be crispy, very few restaurants understand what crispy bacon is supposed to be But they nailed it! He told me he would make sure it was crispy and it was the best. He cracked the egg in a pan right in front of us went into a little oven and it absolutely perfect. “A friend recommended Cocky's in University Heights a while ago, so on a Saturday afternoon I ordered a caffè latte and the Cocky Bagel Sandwich. And WOW! The latte was so refreshing. The Sandwich was HUGE and more importantly it was delicious. The service was friendly and prompt. The interior is beautiful and very welcoming. I highly recommend this place.“

“I was in Erie, PA for work and was driving back home to Detroit. As I approached the east side of Cleveland, I asked my Android Auto to find me good sandwich shop on my route. It put Little Cloud at the top of the list of options, so I decided to stop there for lunch.

When I arrived, I ordered Skippy's Chicken Salad and went to scope out a place to sit. I lucked out because the weather had warmed up enough for me to decide that I would sit outside, where they had set up a couple tables. It was a beautiful day. I sat down to eat and took my first bite and, wow, I knew I had found a sandwich that would make me a fan. It was so good that after I ate my sandwich, I went inside to order the Hingetown Cheesesteak sandwich so I could take it back to Detroit with me where I could enjoy it later on. So, I took my sandwich on a three-hour drive to my home in Detroit. My intuition was rewarded when I took a bite from what may be the best cheesesteak sandwich I had ever eaten. It was just right. Both the chicken and the steak sandwiches were amazing. The bread was especially good, being fresh and crusty. They were savory and their ingredients were seemingly combined in a masterful way that made it a road trip meal stop one that I will remember for a long time.

It was a treat that made my journey a bit less forgettable. I will definitely stop there the next time I pass through Cleveland.“

“The person serving us here was absolutely amazing. Full of life, spoke clearly, made me feel welcome and just nice to talk to (from the few exchanges we had from when I was ordering). I’m not sure exactly why I enjoyed talking to him so much, he just seemed like a great guy. I don’t know his name but I believe he looked like he was in his 40s, African American and had a nice moustache if i may add. I

“I've always enjoyed this Mr. Hero location. I love the Roman Burger with waffle fries and of course you got to have the cheese sauce with the fries. It hit the spot today. The staff has always been helpful and it's a nice area if you want to enjoy your meal inside. I will say the food is hit or miss at times on when it’s ready so it’s hard to tell if it’s busy or not but other than that it’s good.“

“I received bad customer service today around 6pm. There were several customers ahead of me ordering multiple sandwiches that were made by a young man. When it was finally my turn, a friend called me on the phone. It was ringing loudly, but I answered and got rid of the call in 10 seconds max. When I looked up a young lady appeared and was making multiple sandwiches for the two people at the end of the line who arrived quite a bit after I did and were behind me in line. There was no disputing this fact. The young man and woman tried to figure out why I was standing in line in front of those being served. He asked me if I wanted to order. Why did he think I was standing for 10 minutes waiting? No apologies from anyone. The young woman told me that she had said “next customer” and the guy behind me quickly spoke up. She said that I was on the phone, but that is no excuse as I ended the call rapidly. The food was fine, but the service was terrible and I felt ignored. The woman seemed to be picking and choosing who to serve first.“

Second, the young lady in the kitchen is an absolute ROCKSTAR everytime I come there! She always makes sure my food is top tier, chefs kiss quality! There was a team member working in the grill area who noticed me waiting and asked the front counter person to find out what I was waiting for. “Stopped for lunch. Friend recommended because her daughter works there. I had the turkey sub on the whole grain bread. I added bacon (can’t go wrong lol). The worker rang it up as a club to save me a few bucks. Much appreciated! Also bought two of the deli pickles, and potato salad. Sub had lettuce, tomato, onions, and their special oil dressing. Whole grain bread was fresh & soft. It was overall fantastic! The oil dressing very tasty! I got an extra cup. The potato salad was meh. $2.49 for that small container. Shoulda got chips instead. Also ask for a plastic knife because the pickles aren’t sliced. Very friendly & helpful staff. Food came out quick. I was there about 12:15 and it definitely got busy. Overall very tasty subs and would definitely go back.“
