“Great customer service! I used door dash and they were out of some things on my order. It was fairly late so that was understandable. They called me and let me know, and automatically added substitutes. The lady that called me was polite and very well spoken. I order here frequently and the food is always hot and fresh!“

“No one was in there when I arrived but I stood there for 3-5 minutes waiting to be serviced. I had more bread than meat lol. The lady that started my order seemed like she didn’t want to be there. A man came out and finished my order with a smile. So my stars go to him!“

“This is a tiny little shop that's been around for so long that is an institution in Coventry Village, on the same level as Tommy's. You can just feel how not-corporate they are, and I'm pretty sure that the owner works the counter, which I think is awesome. Their subs are all so good, and their bread is some of my favorite. A whole sub is a good investment if you want leftovers for the next day - it works out to around $6-7 a meal (for me at least). They have a drink fridge. There's no seating for dine-in, but they do have benches to wait - although I always prefer to drop into another store nearby and come back in a few minutes to pick it up.
Note that as of October 2024, the only credit/debit card they accept is Visa. It gives an option to tip on the card, so you don't need cash for that. I encourage tipping here, because the kitchen is open and you can really tell that they're working hard at it.
Vegetarian options: I forget which sub it is, but they have a mushroom sub that is absolutely delicious - one of the best veggie subs I've ever had. I'm not sure if have any vegan cheese, but let's be honest - why would anyone even want vegan cheese?“

“I placed an online order today and Subway didn't have the meatballs to complete my order. Instead of being lazy and cancelling my order, a young man called and advised me of the issue and gave me an option. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. When I got there, food was ready and packed. I've always liked this location. Everybody in there was on their job. Message to management: All workers that were in this Subway location at like 7:30 today (6/10/24) when I picked up my order deserve some type of accolade. Thank y'all for the GREAT customer service!“
