“Really good food!!! My only complaint is a few times my rices was mushy and broken up into like...little pieces or something. I would just like if the rice wasnt overcooked. Other than that food is ”
“in this world of hipster high temperature stone oven pies, this pizza stands a true to their tried and true slow bake, old school ways … i dig it.take out only … bring cash, no credit cards.”
“It was a rainy noon day when i arrived. It didn't get busy until 30 mins after I arrived. The waitress was most gracefull and would "fire up" the grill for whatever I wanted. Then it became rather busy...and she handled "everyone" to perfection. The meal was great as was the continued service. Will be back.”
“This is a nice spot to go grab a cup of joe and they have a nice selection of desserts too. I like the jumbo chocolate chip cookies and the brownies they offer. Atmosphere was very clean and the service is very friendly. I visited in May. It was nice to relax outside and enjoy a cool breeze while eating my cookies.”
“Went a little early for dinner. I had a burger with blue cheese on it, Blue Caboose. It was immense. I also got a half order of onion rings that was bigger than some places whole order of rings. Partner got a Lincoln burger, it was huge and they didn't skimp on the fries. Food was amazing and cheaper than fast food. ( Someone recommended the Train Wreck but I don't think I could eat all of that.) Yeah, most of the food has train names. Alas they didn't have fried green tomatoes. But the burgers alone are worth a visit.I knew it was a bar but it is very much a bar. Most of the seating is barstool and high tables. Has a nice vibe too. And, the place is tucked behind some old industrial buildings and if you don't know it's there you're not going to find it. It's kinda neat actually. I'm kinda curious if it dates back to the railroad era, before the highway was there.Vegetarian options: Salad.Parking: Lol s of parking. Maintained lot.Kid-friendliness: This is a bar.”
“A road trip staple. Adam really does know what’s up. The problem is I always feel out of place not being an Adam. I wish I was Adam. I want to be an Adam. I would change my name to Adam if I could. But sadly my family would be confused if I changed my name. I need them to go to Adams place and then they will understand. But until then, I’ll keep wearing my wig there. Thanks Adams place”
“Perfect order everytime without fail! Stew chicken/ mango salsa/cucumber salsa/cilantro sauce/double plantains!I love the freshness of all the options. The customer service is always a good experience. Keep up the good work!”
“We showed up yesterday late morning with 14 hockey players and their families - they were incredibly fast with both taking our orders and bringing the food out. The food was amazing and the service was excellent!! We already know where we are going next time we are in the area!”
“Nice older crowd with great live music. Bartender was great at recommending drinks for people in our party that had no clue what to order. Wish the kitchen was open.”
“Bar 23 is a nice place with friendly people. The owner had recently a lot of work into it with a full kitchen, and nice bathrooms. The kitchen is not ready yet, and I can't wait until it is. I'm sure the menu will be good, and prepared well.”
“Everything I've eaten from here is delicious always fresh cooked to order and seasoned to perfection!..if you're hungry I suggest you try them out!...you won't be disappointed!!!”
“Very chill spot. DJ Plan B was awesome playing all the good tunes from old to new. Security and staff mad you feel safe, warm, and appreciative of patronizing their establishment. Will definitely be back to visit soon.”
“Some of the best Italian food in the city. It's small and cozy but when you sit down, you're sitting at their dinner table on a Sunday afternoon. It's an experience you have to have. Outstanding food, incredible service and reasonable prices. It's a must!”
