“The customer service is amazing, the two young men are very friendly and kind. I ordered the cold Italian 16” with everything on it ,all fresh ingredients and this was the BEST sandwich ever. “I used to live in Cleveland hts and started going to Grums when they first opened. I now sometimes drive all the way from Westlake just for a Grum’s sub. In my opinion the Grums Turkey Ridge sub on French bread is the best sub ever, anywhere!!!“

“I have purchased lunch from this location a few times, and recently had questions about a large pick-up order I had for an important Training class. Not only was the team helpful in answering a few questions, but we're beyond friendly, and went out of their way to ensure that it was taken care of on time. This is by far the friendliest and most helpful staff I've met at a Subway location!

“I ordered from Mr. Hero for the 1st time tonight. I when I got home I realized I didn’t have a second fry with my other meal. I gave them a call and they were very kind about giving me an extra fry. “I’m lactose intolerant and usually get my subs without cheese. Every time when I ordered
online from a location in Mayfield or South Euclid they’d still add it on when I clearly told them not to.
Here they actually got it right and paid attention to detail, I really wish I could give them a big tip. It was worth the drive.“

“After such a terrible visit to Dunkin I decided to walk next door to Jimmy John’s - it’s like 2 different worlds !! I was greeted imminently upon entry by the young kid on the register - and before I even handed him my cash my sub was already done !! ( when I ate it later it was one of the best I’ve ever had - the chicken bacon ranch ) I asked to speak with the manager and explained my frustration with the next door restaurant and how I wanted a coffee - he proceeded to tell me that they are sister companies and he was embarrassed to be next to them - the way they have this Jimmy John’s looking you should put him in charge of the whole building ! He was running a tight crew , way to go Jimmy John’s !“

“I placed an online order today and Subway didn't have the meatballs to complete my order. Instead of being lazy and cancelling my order, a young man called and advised me of the issue and gave me an option. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. When I got there, food was ready and packed. I've always liked this location. Everybody in there was on their job. Message to management: All workers that were in this Subway location at like 7:30 today (6/10/24) when I picked up my order deserve some type of accolade. “Spicy Italian footlong sub, it was fresh and delicious. The young gentleman was so nice and helpful in making my sandwich like l wanted it, so the price was was ok for such a good tasty sub, the sub was made exactly how l like it. Yes person who waited on me was kind through the whole process. That location was the best yet! So nice and clean the food look fresh. The atmosphere was fine and the wait time was awesome was waited on immediately. Accessibility was fine. I leave on the other side of town, but when l want a good fresh sandwich l don't mind the trip. It's so nice to be treated kind and get good subs. That location is awesome. “It is 6:14 p.m. to the evening cook when someone pays for a gyro they are looking forward to the sauce. I paid for extra sauce. It looks like you rubbed the sauce on the bread like. Instead of pouring the sauce on top of the sandwich. Minus the sauce everything else was excellent. Don't be scared to squeeze that cucumber bottle.“

“I eat at different Subway locations frequently; but this was my first visit to this one. There are all pretty consistent that I notice. The staff was really friendly at the particular location. Overall was a real pleasant experience, except for the fact that it wasn't the cleanest location I've been to. I guess because of a busy day, I can allow for that. I would visit again in the future.“

I think the food is worth the wait myself, but I wish they would streamline the process so the food could be at least slightly faster than ordering food from a legit sit down restaurant.“

“I've been to many Subway locations over the years. And until going to this particular one I didn't really pay attention to the fact that it really does depend on which franchise should go to. This particular location hit all the right check boxes and that's why I gave it five stars because it made me think back to the ones that are actually closer to my home that compared to this one had a lot lower quality. Now I know I'll actually take the time to drive a little bit out of my way because the quality, cleanliness, the service and everything else was far better than the ones that are just around the corner from me. Try it yourself. Go to this location as an example if you haven't already and see how it compares to other experiences you've had at other Subway locations. It's kind of a crapshoot. Some locations aren't as good as others.“
