“The Subway on Vine Street in Eastlake is very convenient. This Subway is located in the same complex as Vine Street Tobacco and Convenient Store and The Dog Gone Bar. Every time I go in service is prompt and friendly. I enjoy the Black Forrest Ham Sandwich.“

“Stopped here to pick up a quick dinner for our family right before closing. The two young men that were working were so sweet and helpful, and most importantly showed such good customer service, despite it being close to closing time when I stopped in. Good customer service is hard to come by these days, but these two guys were top-notch. The sandwiches did not disappoint either. Will definitely be back!“

“I used to live in Cleveland hts and started going to Grums when they first opened. I now sometimes drive all the way from Westlake just for a Grum’s sub. In my opinion the Grums Turkey Ridge sub on French bread is the best sub ever, anywhere!!!“

“Simply the best ! Great food and great service! I love how they offer junior size Gyros for only $7.50 - for those of us who like a little less meat in the taste balance of our Gyros. Soup is always on-point, fresh and delicious! Fries are great- that hard-to-find battered style and a large portion for the price. Burgers are very reasonably priced at only $5.50 and come with toppings. Coleslaw is great too - superfine cut cabbage type. Highly recommend!“

online from a location in Mayfield or South Euclid they’d still add it on when I clearly told them not to.
Here they actually got it right and paid attention to detail, I really wish I could give them a big tip. It was worth the drive.“

“It is 6:14 p.m. to the evening cook when someone pays for a gyro they are looking forward to the sauce. I paid for extra sauce. It looks like you rubbed the sauce on the bread like. Instead of pouring the sauce on top of the sandwich. Minus the sauce everything else was excellent. Don't be scared to squeeze that cucumber bottle.“

“I had a dine in experience, my cheesesteak sandwich was delicious and my reg size fries were absolutely delicious. The food tasted much more better than S. Euclid restaurant.
The staff was friendly, however, only flaw was it took over 10 mins to be served. Yes I will revisit again.“

“I placed an online order today and Subway didn't have the meatballs to complete my order. Instead of being lazy and cancelling my order, a young man called and advised me of the issue and gave me an option. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. When I got there, food was ready and packed. I've always liked this location. Everybody in there was on their job. Message to management: All workers that were in this Subway location at like 7:30 today (6/10/24) when I picked up my order deserve some type of accolade. I soon realized that the fry was actually with the kids meal and that I had picked up an extra fries without needing them. Needless to say I feel dumb.The food was very good! “I've been to many Subway locations over the years. And until going to this particular one I didn't really pay attention to the fact that it really does depend on which franchise should go to. This particular location hit all the right check boxes and that's why I gave it five stars because it made me think back to the ones that are actually closer to my home that compared to this one had a lot lower quality. Now I know I'll actually take the time to drive a little bit out of my way because the quality, cleanliness, the service and everything else was far better than the ones that are just around the corner from me. Try it yourself. Go to this location as an example if you haven't already and see how it compares to other experiences you've had at other Subway locations. It's kind of a crapshoot. Some locations aren't as good as others.“

My only negative observation would be the short older lady with the glasses ( name unknown) always giving me a nasty look when I come in the restaurant I'm certainly going to ask her what her problem is? “I had the pleasure of being served by Ray. I ordered some Cajun fries and asked for it to be extra crispy. The love and dedication I received in the first order moved me so much, I proceeded to order another round. I knew that she couldn't uphold the first standard she set so high and man was I put to shame. The crispiness of each fry and perfect amount of Cajun spice had me in a trance and loss for words. She was very professional and showed awesome customer service.
