spoiled meat and refuses to refund.
Entire cheesesteak was mush. Also had a combo meal of wings and plain fries for a family memember with my order, why were the plain fries from that combo thrown into my mushy cheesesteak box to get sauce all over them. So the person who wanted plain fries with her wings couldn't even eat them. The order of Buffalo wings feels like novacane and not much flavor. This was the worst overpriced garbage I have ever had. Charleys Cheesesteaks is a lovely spot with flowers and plants that make it come alive. The staff is kind, professional, and friendly, with workers who take pride in what they do. Manager Mateo is a great representation of the business. The food is delicious, always fresh, hot, and taste great. The Old School cheesesteak is amazing. The ingredients are fresh, the bread is great, and it is not greasy. The restaurant puts food in cardboard boxes so the steam does not make the bread soggy. Service is extremely quick, with wait times never more than 5 minutes, and accurate with modifications. The prices are extremely fair for the quantity. The restaurant is clean, welcoming, and staff keeps busy cleaning and restocking. The bathroom is even immaculate. A clean place with fresh blooming orchids on each table.
