Mr. Hero serves tasty food with great customer service. While not perfect, the food is fine overall, with no issues like expired ingredients, hair, or burnt items. The restaurant has its own parking lot and is conveniently located near a gas station. Some minor issues with service, such as forgetting drinks or sauce on a gyro, have been reported. However, the staff is not rude, and the food is generally excellent, making it a decent option in the East Cleveland area.
