The heavyset one with glasses and brown hair needs a major attitude adjustment!
We had questions when ordering our food through the mobile app, so I called KFC and spoke with Xavier. He was so friendly, helpful, answered my questions and explained things thoroughly. It seems like terrible customer service, especially at fast food restaurants, has become the new normal and I definitely want to give credit where it is due to those who give exceptional service! 1st when you walked in the floor was very slippery. 2nd The chicken we got was cooked in old grease. Everyone the house got sick.
