My family was visiting when we ordered here, not sure if it's always chaotic but it was on our visit. The employees hanging out in the lobby or going out and sitting in people's cars. We ordered the day before and service was decent but we didn't receive one of our burgers. Our final visit before leaving town we waited an hour for breakfast as someone in the back openly stated to another employee that they threw out the eggs because they were ready for breakfast to be over so...read full review
Went through the drive thru here. Used the app to order ahead and pay. They were out of some things we ordered so we had to adjust our menu: Coke, bacon, and receipts (yes, they ran out of paper). The people working here were nice, and we easily dealt with the minor problems. I'd come back here

Use caution if you go to the drive thru at this location. You can't count on them taking cars from both "any lane, any time" lanes evenly, but you can count on at least one or two guys asking you for change while you wait.Edit: things were so much better this time I had to edit my old review! Not just a lack of panhandlers, but great line management and quick service with good food!
