Mr. Hero offers delicious and fresh food with quick service. The staff is known for their friendliness. The restaurant has a variety of options on the menu, including steak Phillies, chicken pita, Romanburger, waffle fries, and funnel cake fries. Prices are considered reasonable. However, there have been issues with the soda machine being out of order. The to-go orders are packaged well for delivery. The sandwiches have received praise for having plenty of meat and toppings, while the waffle fries could be more thoroughly cooked.
