Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen on Carnegie in Cleveland, Ohio, has seen a notable improvement since the reviewer's last visit in November 2020. The restaurant's food and customer service have transformed, creating a pleasant experience for visitors. Most of the workers are males, and they appear to be efficient and well-organized. The atmosphere is great, and the restaurant is clean. The food, especially the fried chicken, is excellent and has been consistently well-cooked. One customer mentioned their chicken thigh was perfectly done, needing no additional cooking. The service has been friendly and attentive, with smiling staff who create an inviting environment. In contrast, previous visits to this location were disappointing, with issues like dry and greasy chicken and rude staff. Other reviewers have also reported similar problems in the past. However, it seems that the restaurant has made significant changes, and customers can now expect a great dining experience. The manager has also been praised for stepping in during busy times, ensuring speedy service. Overall, Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen is now a place where visitors can enjoy hot, fresh food with great customer service.
