Since customer service is all you get when going through a drive thru, I’m rating the atmosphere 3 stars as well. The food is what you would expect from a fast food restaurant, there was not a long wait the food was hot and fresh and was put together properly. However, it seems that nobody has customer service anymore and even says thank you or have a nice day or here you go or anything. VERY CLEAN from the lobby to the dining area to the restrooms...Very clean, I see the staff cleaning as the do their work. Curtious and inviting and if there is any problems they take care of your needs with professionalism.It's about the ONLY BK on the Eastside of Cleveland they really value you as a customer.Thank you to the staff of BK 86th Euclid Ave. ??Vegetarian options: Impossible WhopperAnd they will make you a Whopper without meat ,just veggies

Maybe they were busy that was the reason for taking so much time and then when I finally got my food the chicken nuggets were dry they were not even warm in the french fries were right out of the fryer I won't be back at that location that's for dang
