John was our server at dinner. He was attentive, knew the menu well and made sure our food came out hot! It was nice chatting with him. Kudos to the kitchen staff too! A lot of what we had was great! Great food, casual dining. Our server Mary went above and beyond. We checked into the hotel and stumbled into the restaurant after a long day of travel. Full of anxiety before my daughter’s appointment at the Cleveland Clinic. Mary stayed and chatted with us for a few minutes, passed the kid some Easter candy, and assured us that we were at one of the best places in the world and in great hands. Delicious food but there was only one server. Grossly understaffed. Also, for dessert they served Pepperidge Farm Coconut Cake. We could have a whole cake for what they served for one slice.
