I have no idea why the reviews for this restaurant are so bad. We stayed at the Holiday Inn for 3 nights and had dinner here every single day. Everything we ordered was actually really good, specially the pizza. Prices were very reasonable. Restaurant was under staffed and service was hit or miss (some waiters were excellent while others would rather be anywhere else but there). However food came out at a reasonable pace and everything was made to order for the most part... for some reason they kept missing toppings on our BYO pizza but they made up for their mistakes with a discount. If you are staying here it is definitely a great option.

Delicious food but there was only one server. Grossly understaffed. Also, for dessert they served Pepperidge Farm Coconut Cake. We could have a whole cake for what they served for one slice.

John was our server at dinner. He was attentive, knew the menu well and made sure our food came out hot! It was nice chatting with him. Kudos to the kitchen staff too! A lot of what we had was great! Highlights for the pizza, chicken wrap, garden salad, mushrooms, and turkey club. We were all very happy with our meals and Mary made our drinks at the bar. What a nice surprise! Those were the best drinks we've had during our stay here and we could tell the drinks were made with passion. We came back the next day for a couple drinks at the bar expecting the same great service. We had someone else tend us at first but she wasn't very receptive to customers and didn't make drinks at the level we expected after having Mary make them the night before. We were able to get Mary to take over our service and received the quality that originally made us come back. I hope the other bartenders are in a position to learn from Mary because she really cared about the customers (not just us), made drinks that were presented beautifully, tasted great, respected mixing chemistry and were made with quality ingredients. More of that please. :) I think our initial bartender on day two was Neshee. Thanks so much for a good experience!

I ordered a latte. The person working the counter didn't know what that was. They looked through instruction cards to find out and made... something, which they suggested that I taste before paying. It was awful. I had regular coffee instead, but it was also pretty bad.

Great food, casual dining. Our server Mary went above and beyond. We checked into the hotel and stumbled into the restaurant after a long day of travel. Full of anxiety before my daughter’s appointment at the Cleveland Clinic. Mary stayed and chatted with us for a few minutes, passed the kid some Easter candy, and assured us that we were at one of the best places in the world and in great hands. The next day, she greeted us like old friends, remembered allergies, and continued to give off such a great “Cheers” vibe. Like nothing I’ve ever experienced in a hotel restaurant before.

The special of the day was Halibut with a cream dill sauce, asparagus, and creamy whipped potatoes. It was delicious!!! The chef deserves a raise! The waitress, Mary is so energetic, smiley, caring and the service was perfect. She is adorable too. You have to try this restaurant!

Most hotel restaurants are pretty terrible but this one had legitimately good food. If I ordered the classic burger from a burger-focused restaurant, I'd be very happy with what I got. The pizza is also pretty good. There are too many good restaurants in the area to recommend this place over them, but it's a perfect option for the end of a long day at the hospital when you're staying at the hotel and don't feel like organizing delivery from an external restaurant

Please do yourself a huge favor and don't order the chicken pita. Too much Calabrian pepper sauce is used, it's all you can taste, and the dish is basically inedible. My server and manager completely understood and took the plate away and allowed me to order another item from the menu.

I was hesitant based on other reviews but I didn't want to leave the hotel on a cold dark night. The turkey club was great ! There was enough left for breakfast. The fries were hot and crispy. Service was quick and attentive. Definitely will eat here again next time I stay here. I regret I didn't try it last night.

So so food (my medium well burger came to me pink) and horrible service! Over 45+ minutes to get a burger and cobb salad after he took our order! Server more interested in playing bartender thank serving meal customers.Parking: Valets had same attitude as our waiter...pretty much like we were a bother to them...

I understand it's a restaurant inside a hotel BUT. I just went in a few mins ago (12:35PM) requesting a table for myself for lunch. The manager was rude to me for no reason and said that they are closed and open only at 2 PM ??!! For lunch ??. The menu displayed outside the restaurant and the hotel reception tells me that the restaurant serves lunch between 11am to 3. The least I am requesting is for people to be polite and kind running a restaurant.

Do NOT get the wings. Undercooked and slimy. Super disgusting. I threw the whole $18.00 order out.
