“Listen....I live just about 40 minutes from the location. And I come specifically for this crew. Tom and the crew always make me feel like family when I am there! First and foremost, I LOVE the cucumber salad and it needs to be a staple on the menu again in my FIRM and HONEST opinion! Second, the young lady in the kitchen is an absolute ROCKSTAR everytime I come there! She always makes sure my food is top tier, chefs kiss quality! The cashier in front, (who I later on found out was Emily) made sure that I got what I requested and I am forever grateful to her and the rest of the crew! I ordered 2 sandwiches, the Mac, the potato salad, and other items and it was ALL delicious!!!!!! To add to the hospitality, they added a HANDWRITTEN card in my bag to say happy new year and well wishes! I WISH THE SAME TO YOU GUYS! I'll be back FOREVER! After all, we are all cousins, now! ❤️☺️“

“I go to this particular location because the manager Jeannie is always so friendly and the food is always consistently great. The store is clean and I rarely have a wait. There is a closer location that I could go to however the manager there was rude and I noticed that there pricing was way higher then this location. I highly recommend this particular location on brookpark rd.“

“Just moved to Parma. This might be the best Subway in NEO. The sub I just had was a Top 3 Subway Sub of all time. If you think all Subway tastes the same, you are wrong.

Savannah, the manager, was the one who handled my order. She was great. Give her a raise to keep her around. Here are the highlights:

- Portion sizes are great. Not skimped. A real sub.
- My sub is layered and stacked like art. Most subway sandwiches are all over the place. This was handcrafted.
- Fast service, in and out. Most sandwich artists can’t tell the lettuce from the tomatoes.
- Friendly. Welcoming. Inviting.
- Keep coupons on deck. Had an extra coupon for me to use on my sub meal. Making a return customer out of me.
- Try to get return customers. Succeeded.
