I come to this particular Charlie's cheese steak location as much as possible. Quick, friendly service. My order has never been wrong and I asked for no mushrooms every time. I probably been here 50 times. The app is 100% legit, I'd probably have to say it's the number two maybe three of all fast food apps that I've used behind Chick-fil-A only. Charlie's rewards is on par with any other fast food at and every single time you come here they're offering free stuff with the purchase of a cheesesteak whether it's fries or a milkshake or buy one get one milkshakes or buy one get one cheese steaks etc...“

“I don’t often write reviews, but Cocky’s deserves one. I fell in love with the cozy, quaint shop the moment I walked in. The staff greeted my family with a smile and friendly conversation. They were happy to make recommendations when I asked for the most popular breakfast sandwich. We landed on the Big Daddy and Wake ‘n Bacon. Great choices!! Everything from the cute environment, engaging staff, seamless payment system, quick service and fresh, flavorful sandwiches was top notch!“

“Best of the best! Live in Youngstown but everytime we travel for work, it is a guaranteed stop for our team. The staff is great and the food is beyond consistent if that makes any sense. The bread is unique but familiar. Have a hard time not getting the turkey so I’ll usually snag a sandwich for when I get home. DONT SLEEP ON THIS PLACE AND IF THE LINE IS BUSY KEEP CALLING IF ITS NOT PAST 2pm. Good chance they are sold out if that’s the case 😉“

“The food here is so good and so reasonable! My son had the lamb Gyro and he could not stop raving about it! The rest of our party had breakfast sandwiches and they made them fresh right in front of you and I specifically said I only wanted bacon if it could be crispy, very few restaurants understand what crispy bacon is supposed to be But they nailed it! He told me he would make sure it was crispy and it was the best. He cracked the egg in a pan right in front of us went into a little oven and it absolutely perfect. We ate there in the morning before going to the football game and we highly recommend West 3rd Deli!!!“

“First couple times at Mr Hero. Pickup up a Romanburger for a family member and the cheesesteak sub for me. Solid food. The veggied on the Romanburger were fresh and my family member loved it. The cheesesteak sub for me was great too. I like mushrooms and it had a lot of them. If you're not a mushroom fan you might have them go light on them, but I love them. The waffle fries were very good, and i liked them much better than the ones at a certain chicken chain. Note, This location is definitely setup more for takeout than dining in.“

“I came in and it wasn't busy at 4:30 pm on a Wednesday.Cashier was nice and made a good recommendation.I got the romanburger and it didn't disappoint.I also got waffle fries (they call them waffers) with cheese sauce to dip it in (my first time dipping in cheese).It's definitely a fast food restaurant, so set your expectations accordingly, but overall I was impressed. I got the BBLT w/o tomato’s and it was pretty good, 4/5 for the chicken noodle soup and they have a lot of different options you can choose from ! 8/10 for the peach juice (in photo) a little sugary but typical juice yk. I love the different varieties of beverages to select from! I am a big ice fan so I was a little disappointed their ice machine was down but I understand. Both take out and dine in portions matched. “My first time at DiBellas, got a 10 inch tuna sub at the Strongsville shop today, it's huge! Good fresh tuna, fresh toppings (I got provolone cheese, mayo, oil, lettuce, tomato, onions, cucumber) but kind of bland because no seasoning and couldn't really taste the onions. The Asiago bread was good. Forgot to ask for salt/pepper because it wasn't listed as an option on their in-store menu. On my way out I asked about it and they said salt and pepper are in packets that they keep behind the counter. I think they should at least have salt pepper listed as an option on their signs.“

“Went there yesterday to get tobacco and tubes somehow every time I go go there lately the price of my hot rod tubes go from 2.19/2.49/4.31 yesterday, I’m on a fixed income !! The tobacco hasn’t changed but if the owner/manager isn’t there they charge me what ever they want“

“This is a nice little addition to the convenience store. It's a run of the mill convenience store overall with anything you would expect to find it any corner store in our area. But what makes it so grand? They have a Mr hero inside! When you're on your way home from work picking up a six pack or a tall boy, who can resist a nice 10-in Roman Burger sandwich or hot buttered cheese steak?? Maybe somebody can but not this guy! Staff is also very friendly and you can see into the kitchen and it appears to be pretty clean, which is always a good thing.“

Every time I’ve visited, the experience has been consistently excellent. The place is spotlessly clean, the ingredients always look fresh and well-stocked, and the team moves efficiently even during busy times. The staff greets you the moment you walk in and genuinely seems to care about providing good service. The dining area is clean and comfortable. “Great place. 9 out of 10 times you'll get good food. That 1 time you don't and the sandwich under performs for the price is expected in the fast food industry. One thing they lack is service. I generally order online and when I pickup the employees never greet you, just look at you, say your name, get the food, leave. All without them saying a single word. If they do talk they are mostly rude, unless you get the normal woman employee who runs counter sometimes. She's really pleasant. Overall I def recommend.“
