“Nice clean location. They get you in and out. They are always so nice to me, too! Stopped in on a Sunday afternoon before shopping and had some lunch. Their sandwiches are always hot and tasty. I love the pickles, too. Lemonade is delightful, too. Charleys is better than Subway to me. I tried the Cali chicken sub cause i usually got the teriyaki at the mall.! It was awesome. I definitely will stop again when I'm in the hood again!“

“My favorite sandwich place in the area. High in demand, I love the fresh bread. I recommend ordering as soon as they open Friday in person if you want the special. I have disappointed myself a few times with sandwiches selling out early, but you can't beat their quality. I've tried every sandwich and salad on the main menu and would recommend them all. Though the hot chicken was too spicy for me ?. The only feedback I'd give is having an air filter inside. The air quality dips with having an open kitchen, and while I order takeout if I order in person and wait it'd be an added benefit. See you again soon!“

“I came in and it wasn't busy at 4:30 pm on a Wednesday.Cashier was nice and made a good recommendation.I got the romanburger and it didn't disappoint.I also got waffle fries (they call them waffers) with cheese sauce to dip it in (my first time dipping in cheese).It's definitely a fast food restaurant, so set your expectations accordingly, but overall I was impressed. I would definitely eat here again.“

“One of the best sandwich spots in town. We like going to La Bodega too and they do serve different sandwiches. The owner is very nice and the names for the sandwiches are funny. We have been going here often and the place did not disappoint. Definitely give them a shot, great place and they have parking on both sides of the street. You can either street parking or park in their lots.“

“Ordered around 11:35am on line for a 12:30 curbside pickup I got there around 12:22 and asked if it was too early to pick up the order. They must have been busy I was on hold for a couple minutes the gentleman came out and asked if I was the one that ordered and he said that their computer system was down and they did not get any notification I showed him my copy he said okay give me a couple minutes and I'll bring it out stay right here about 10 minutes later he comes out brings me my order and everything was fine. Very friendly and polite I'll definitely order from there again.“

“The entire staff on Saturday Nov 16th, at 3:30pm were an absolute delight. It definitely makes me want to keep coming back.

This establishment & my several experiences with them have been above & beyond. This is everything from the food, the price of product to the I believe it to be a supervisor or owner if I am not mistaken.

The cheese steaks are fresh and quality ingredients with a pack of flavor. The tots were mouth watering along with the sauce it comes with.

The gentleman that has been these the past 2 interactions has provided kind, genuine, quality customer service.

This is such a hidden gem that we are thrilled to have discovered as our new go to establishments & it’s not even comparable to any other food establishment in the area or in general for that matter now a days.

“I use to go to the Bagley Rd and it was good the 1st couple visits, but that went downhill fast. I now drive to the Strongville store. The employees are ALWAYS pleasant. The food is made to your specifications. It is well worth the extra couple miles I drive to get food.

“If you are looking for a really delicious sandwich for a great price this is your place! The bread was so fresh and soft. I had the chicken Philly and it was loaded with chicken, Swiss cheese, peppers, and onions. My husband had the Roman buger and he was as pleased as me. The only thing I am sad about is there are no Me. Hero's where I live.“

“I have not had Penn Station in years, so we thought we would give it a try. I had the regular cheesestake, we shared a large fry, and I had the sweet tea. The sandwich was very good, the fries were even better, a large fry can feed three people, and the sweet tea was really good as well. Staff was friendly and the food came quick. “This is probably the best Subway around as far as fresh food quality, employee "quality" on a friendliness and service aspect and they have a nice, proper, clean, open dining room atmosphere.This should be a model for all other locations which sometimes leave a lot to be desired.

“Drive-thru service was average nothing special. From the outside you wouldn't even know the place was in business. Run down building, huge potholes in the lot where you drive to get to the drive thru ordering system, basically no curb appeal whatsoever. Ordered a large Roman burger that was okay. Luke-warm at best and I live three minutes from this place. Better options in the area. Won't be going back.“
