“The sandwich was very good except when asked to place oil and vinegar in a separate container she forgot. I ate the sandwich without any type of dressing. Also the one girl working there placed her phone on the counter where the sandwiches were being made and she was yelled at for it. The one girl wouldn't get off the phone the entire time. I felt the chocolate chip cookie was very commercial tasting“

“I used to work at subway and now I’m very picky about my sandwich and how it’s made! The kid that mad my sandwich tonight did EXCELLENT. if I was rating his performance in a technical subway rules and procedures way he would have gotten like an 10/10. “On Tuesday, June 17th, 18 old ladies and gents "dropped in" for lunch, thinking arrangements had been made for us. Someone slipped up. The restaurant already had a healthy number of customers but the staff hustled tables, chairs, setups, etc. and in no time, we were soon seated and making our food choices. Instead of any of the staff having an "attitude", we were treated with Simon's usual good cheer. Bravo Simon's!“

“Great food! I have gotten delivery a couple of times and they were always pretty quick.
The original wings were of good quality, and the Korean bbq ones were especially good.
Ordered the Cajun fries and they were perfectly seasoned and fresh.
I have also tried the Bacon Chicken Chipotle and California Chicken subs and both were well made and very tasty. I like that they are delivered open in their boxes.“

“I've always enjoyed this Mr. Hero location. I love the Roman Burger with waffle fries and of course you got to have the cheese sauce with the fries. It hit the spot today. The staff has always been helpful and it's a nice area if you want to enjoy your meal inside. I will say the food is hit or miss at times on when it’s ready so it’s hard to tell if it’s busy or not but other than that it’s good.“

“I worked out in strongsville for 4 years but left for another job in cleveland. Started back at my old job recently in strongsville and stopped here for lunch and the lady behind the counter remembered me and my order lol. Very nice lady, food is always good!“

“We ordered subs for our high school bball team. Ryan and his team went above and beyond to get our boys fed even offering early pickup before opening to get us to the game on time. The food was well prepared, packaged and delicious. Thank you for your great service and the extra goodies we can’t wait until you come to Valpo so we can visit more often!“

“Listen....I live just about 40 minutes from the location. And I come specifically for this crew. Tom and the crew always make me feel like family when I am there! First and foremost, I LOVE the cucumber salad and it needs to be a staple on the menu again in my FIRM and HONEST opinion! Second, the young lady in the kitchen is an absolute ROCKSTAR everytime I come there! She always makes sure my food is top tier, chefs kiss quality! The cashier in front, (who I later on found out was Emily) made sure that I got what I requested and I am forever grateful to her and the rest of the crew! I ordered 2 sandwiches, the Mac, the potato salad, and other items and it was ALL delicious!!!!!! “Lady seem respectful but messed up the order by charge me for a large and because they made the sandwich they wouldn't change it. Told me I'd have to wait for a whole other sandwich. Which is kind of BS because they messed up my order. I personally think this to your house is overrated, and pretty expensive for the quality of the food.“

As usual I get the tuna sub and I eat half there and half the next day and it wasn't soggy overall, this is a great restaurant and to me it is a little pricey but I get two meals out of it ! And it's worth it for the quality“

“Always get the Philly sammich, sometimes it's better than other times, but for the most part they're consistent and one of our regular spots, the kids even like they're subs, so that's saying something because they're picky eaters! 😊 This last time, they forgot my sub, I called and they said they'd have it ready in 10 minutes and they loaded it, it was definitely one of the better subs, maybe it was because I was more hungry from the wait or the anticipation 🤷, but whatever the case, it was good. We usually get a large fry and it feeds the 4 of us well, so it's a perfect size, I'm not crazy about how they put them in a cup with napkins on top because the top layer always sticks to the napkins and they get cold quickly, so it wouldn't hurt if they actually came up with a better container to put them in, but I still order them, they remind me if fair fries! 😊“

“My first time at DiBellas, got a 10 inch tuna sub at the Strongsville shop today, it's huge! Good fresh tuna, fresh toppings (I got provolone cheese, mayo, oil, lettuce, tomato, onions, cucumber) but kind of bland because no seasoning and couldn't really taste the onions. The Asiago bread was good. Forgot to ask for salt/pepper because it wasn't listed as an option on their in-store menu. On my way out I asked about it and they said salt and pepper are in packets that they keep behind the counter. I think they should at least have salt pepper listed as an option on their signs.“

“The sandwich artists at Toasty Subs make the most epic sandwiches. The food is fresh, the prep looks clean. I'm always happy to visit this area. Atmosphere is only three stars because, well, it's a gas station, not a dine-in experience.“

“We go to this location fairly often to pick up sandwiches to take to Coe Lake for picnics in the summer. It's a good choice since we are always able to find something that we like and our pickier children will eat. The staff is always friendly and the service is prompt.“

“Oh my goodness! So hot, fresh and good!!! Love their fish and chips. I grew up eating this and it’s so good. Anytime we come to Cuyahoga Falls we stop and get this. Amazing food. Brings back childhood memories. It was down the street in Barberton growing up and we had it often.“

“We decided to try all the local sub places in our area over the next few months, and based on reviews, Penn Station was our first stop. I ordered a grilled club with fresh-cut fries. As someone who’s had plenty of Subway over the years, the first thing I noticed was the size difference. These subs are smaller, which isn’t necessarily a dealbreaker. The amount of salt and dressing was just a bit too much for my taste. On the plus side, the fries were very good, definitely better than most places around here. We also ordered the chicken teriyaki. It was good, but nothing memorable. Overall, the food was decent, but it didn’t quite live up to the hype. Considering the price, I’m not sure I’d go out of my way to order from here again.“

“I go to this particular location because the manager Jeannie is always so friendly and the food is always consistently great. The store is clean and I rarely have a wait. There is a closer location that I could go to however the manager there was rude and I noticed that there pricing was way higher then this location. I highly recommend this particular location on brookpark rd.“

“This is a nice little addition to the convenience store. It's a run of the mill convenience store overall with anything you would expect to find it any corner store in our area. But what makes it so grand? They have a Mr hero inside! When you're on your way home from work picking up a six pack or a tall boy, who can resist a nice 10-in Roman Burger sandwich or hot buttered cheese steak?? Maybe somebody can but not this guy! Staff is also very friendly and you can see into the kitchen and it appears to be pretty clean, which is always a good thing.“
