On Tuesday, June 17th, 18 old ladies and gents "dropped in" for lunch, thinking arrangements had been made for us. Someone slipped up. The restaurant already had a healthy number of customers but the staff hustled tables, chairs, setups, etc. and in no time, we were soon seated and making our food choices. Instead of any of the staff having an "attitude", we were treated with Simon's usual good cheer. Bravo Simon's!
Good food and food and good atmosphere but please train your servers to check on their customers. I sat there waiting a long time for her to come back. She never checked on me and never refilled my drink and I really wanted to order dessert but no longer had the time to wait. So no dessert for me. Guy across from me got star treatment and he got to enjoy dessert. She brought me more ketchup as one at table was empty then I never saw her again until I walked up to counter...read full review
