“Love this restaurant! I live in Michigan but am in Cleveland pretty regularly, and I order breakfast from here every time I’m in town for the week. The food is always so good!
On my most recent order, I used a third-party delivery service and unfortunately my food was prepared incorrectly. I called the restaurant, and they went completely above and beyond—they made me a fresh dish and personally delivered it to my door, even though they don’t offer delivery themselves! They absolutely did not have to do that, and it was so incredibly kind.
We love this place, their food, and now their customer service even more. Definitely one of my Cleveland favorites!“

“I got French toast with whip cream and strawberries and it was more then I had on the card I had ro pay I was 1$ and s I me change short and they gave me it for less after I had already told them b4 they made it I didn't have enough money. It was so kind of them to still give me the food and they took care of the amount I was short. It was 10$ and change and I only had 9$ and change

“The small town diner is becoming more and more scarce, so this is a welcome treat if you're a fan of that genre, and I am. You get what you get, and it's pretty good. Recommended, just don't be in a hurry, but you're in for a treat.“

“Food was so good! Atmosphere needs a little help but the staff made up for it. ( The AC was not working and it was a hot day). Everyone was so nice and offered to bring me napkins and even gave my baby a Popsicle. It's those little things that make me love a place. The garlic fries and chili fries were so good and next time I would get the garlic fries with chili. The fact that you can choose from a regular hotdog, snappy one, jumbo or kielbasa has them stand out from other hotdog spots. I will be back for a burger....and potentially a hotdog with it.“

“Came in for breakfast after 1 and instantly made a left turn into comfort food heaven 😄🥬 Got the stuffed cabbage (Golabki) and it was DELICIOUS — warm, hearty, and tasted like home. The sauce had a little sweetness to it and I actually loved that touch. Service was just as good… the lady was so helpful and genuinely sweet. Grabbed shortcake to go too. Made my day!“

“I thought we would have to wait. Noticed car park wasn't full which was a plus guess people where tired from the holiday activities. We got a table quickly & our server Abigail very attentive & friendly & when i mentioned a health issue she got me some h2o which helped immensely. Good vibes everyone in good spirits ❤“

“Yes, the food was delicious, however it's the remarkable customer service I am compelled to acknowledge. There was an unusual delay with our meal, and I greatly appreciate how our server and the managers handled it. I'll shorten their names and say Can, Andra, and Joe (can't shorten that...lol) were all wonderful. In a society in which customer service appears to have been thrown out the window, it was impressively refreshing to see it's still present at this Bob Evans. I understand mishaps happen. What caused your service to stand out was the way you chose to respond, particularly our server, Can. She's young and remained confidently calm and courteous while staying on top of the matter. You all did well, and my father and I greatly appreciate it. Thank you!“

“On Tuesday, June 17th, 18 old ladies and gents "dropped in" for lunch, thinking arrangements had been made for us. Someone slipped up. The restaurant already had a healthy number of customers but the staff hustled tables, chairs, setups, etc. and in no time, we were soon seated and making our food choices. Instead of any of the staff having an "attitude", we were treated with Simon's usual good cheer. Bravo Simon's!“
