Bruegger's Bagels is a restaurant that offers a great atmosphere, mainly due to the helpful and friendly service of its staff. The food at Bruegger's Bagels has been praised as fantastic. However, the restaurant has removed all indoor seating, leaving customers with no choice but to sit outside by an ice cream shop. This decision has been met with confusion, especially since it is mid-2023. The location's interior could also benefit from a refresh, as it has remained unchanged since the 90s.
Customers have praised the service at this location, particularly the excellent service provided by a Hispanic woman, even when she appears tired. The manager has also been noted for their kind and thoughtful service, remembering a customer's allergy and providing accommodations. Unfortunately, the service can be inconsistent, and the parking situation may not be ideal due to potential car damage.
