I haven't been here in forever but not like it used to be.No indoor seating...that is pretty awful as it's end of 2023 and no reason to have the seating removed.I ordered multiple bagels and sandwiches and all were smashed. Nothing was on these, they were in the top of my bag from the staff...Seems like a lot of reviews not similar issues. Seems like something changed.
The food/service itself is fine, but they have NO indoor seating at all anymore. They said they took it away during covid and aren't bringing it back (this is mid 2023 mind you). Many people are forced to sit outside by the ice cream shop because of this, not sure how a chain place like Bruggers allows franchisees to decide not to have basic indoor seating. Location could use a refresh too, hasn't been touched since the 90's.

Food is fantastic service ok I guess, atmosphere, if you like dark holes in the wall it's perfect, usually just get my food and leave.Parking: If you like your car to get hit while you're buying bagels definitely park here.
