The male teenie bopper was rude. We waited for our food and he never called out the order when it was completed. I went to the counter to ask if the order was mine and he didn’t even look up and said “yeah”. I asked if he called it out and he snarkly said “oh I called it out”. I didn’t say anything as not to make a scene. The kid def needs some coaching in customer service and just being polite. Working at Panera is not that intense.

Panera is a good place to meet up with people or get some work done. They always have a nice selection of seating available that can accommodate working alone while enjoying lunch or a big group get-together. The soup is always good, but the coffee has been on a steady, downward trend in quality since I started using Panera as a working cafe spot in 2015.
