Food here is always HOT and FRESH! Love that it's not in a mall.
Meals were fresh. Place was super clean. The customer service was top tier.
They accidentally put meat on my sandwich (I am vegetarian) and were very kind and remade it for me. I appreciated the quickness and the kindness from both front house and the cooks!:) thank you again!

Charleys Cheesesteaks is a consistently great sub restaurant in Cleveland and surrounding areas, offering fresh food made while customers wait. The friendly crew serves hot and delicious food, with the Chicken California and the Bacon 3 Cheese being must try options. The restaurant is clean with plenty of seating and a TV playing a decent movie. The staff is extremely kind and accommodating, with the owner or manager like Wagdy going out of his way to customize orders. Customers appreciate the Nashville sauce and note that orders are always made to a T. One location is nicely sized and quieter than the mall, where an owner even replaced a dropped drink. It is definitely one of the best cheesesteaks in town.
